SUBSTANCE: vehicle comprises basic chassis of Ural car model to be claimed. The car comprises cab having crew compartment with heater arranged under seat and boxes behind seat-back. Drawer is installed under compartment door. Drawer support is fastened to chassis frame having trestle with at least two arch-shaped cross-bars adapted to carry tank. The tank is fixed by means of retaining bands located on horizontal trestle sections. Foaming agent vessel is installed inside the tank and secured to inner surface thereof by means of flange and bolt connection. Car body has right and left body compartments. Fire-and-service equipment is mounted on body roof. Additional compartments are created under fire-and-service equipment from both sides thereof. Additional compartments are provided with drop doors rotating downwards. The drop doors are used as supplementary footboards. Drawer supported by sliding carriage is installed from one car side behind front wheels. Sliding carriage is secured to support fastened to car chassis. Rear body part has combined centrifugal fire pump compartment provided with rear door sliding in vertical direction. The door comprises telescopic supports to be fixed in several positions. Foldable fire escape ladders facilitating crew claiming to building roof are installed from both car body sides. Car body compartments receive sliding trays. The car is also equipped with rescue system including rescue devices, tools, electric power installations, individual protective equipment, communication facilities, radiation and chemical exploration instruments, as well as sanitary and other equipment. EFFECT: extended technical and functional capabilities because of possibility to combine fire-fighting and rescue operations due to improved vehicle components and possibility of vehicle fitting with rescue system.

Description

The present invention relates to the field of automotive industry, in particular to special vehicles, namely fire rescue vehicles.

Known fire-rescue complex, which contains a tank placed on the chassis of the car and a lifting device on which a pipe is installed with a distribution device for supplying extinguishing liquid to three fire barrels mounted on controlled movable platforms placed on a common bracket. The complex is also equipped with rescue mats, which are pumped up by a compressor (RF No. 2191612, А62С 27/00 from 03/01/2001, publ. 10/27/2002).

The disadvantage of the complex is, despite the fact that it can be used both to extinguish fires and to save people in extreme emergency situations, the complexity of its design. In addition, the lack of equipment necessary to eliminate any emergency situation reduces the functionality of the complex.

The specified complex is selected by the applicant as the closest analogue (prototype).

The technical problems solved by the authors of the invention are to expand the technical and functional capabilities of the car by combining the functions of fire fighting and emergency rescue by improving the nodes of the car itself and equipping it with an emergency rescue complex.

The installation under the seat of the section for the combat calculation of the heater is technologically advanced and improves the working conditions of personnel by ensuring normal temperature in the cabin at low outdoor temperatures.

The boxes formed behind the back of the seat create an additional volume in which personal protective equipment for personnel is placed, which allows rational use of the cabin space without limiting the volume for personnel to be placed in it.

A drawer mounted under one of the doors of the section provides additional volume for the equipment, and its protruding upper surface serves as a footboard.

The presence of a drawer mounted on one side of the car behind the front wheels, the support of which is fixed to the frame, also creates additional volume for the equipment.

The installation of the foaming agent container inside the tank container and its connection by means of a flange connection with the upper surface of the tank are technological, because frees up space on the roof for other equipment.

The car’s equipment, except for fire-fighting equipment, with an emergency and rescue complex, including rescue equipment, emergency rescue tools, electric power equipment, personal protective equipment, communications, devices for chemical and radiation reconnaissance, sanitary equipment, other equipment, allows you to use it not only in extinguishing fires, but also to eliminate emergency situations at various industrial and civil construction sites, as well as transport s means.

The use of a range of Ural vehicles as a basic chassis with a cab (for example, 43206, 4320, 5557) allows us to expand a number of specialized vehicles through unification.

The implementation of the rear door of the body with the possibility of lifting forward and upward and supplying it with telescopic supports with the possibility of fixation increases ease of use and guarantees safety.

The presence of retractable equipment pallets in the body compartments facilitates access during equipment installation and removal.

The installation of a centrifugal combined fire pump on a car expands the functionality for extinguishing fires of various categories, i.e. when it is required to use the pump at high and low pressure.

As a result of the patent research, no technical solutions were identified, characterized by the claimed combination of features, which allows us to conclude that the proposed invention meets the patentability criteria of “novelty” and “inventive step”; it may find application in the automotive industry, i.e. meets the criterion of "industrial applicability".

The fire-rescue vehicle contains the base chassis of one of the claimed models of the Ural car with a cabin 1 containing section 2 for combat crew calculation, in which the seat 3 is installed. Thus, the authors of the present invention created a universal car, which allows you to use it not only when fighting fires, but also during emergency situations at various industrial and civil construction sites, as well as vehicles, which expands its functionality. The complex of rescue equipment is selected in such a way that allows to provide rescue operations for any category of complexity.

The claimed design features of the crew’s crew cabin, as well as changes affecting other components of the car, improve working conditions for personnel, expand technical and technological capabilities during the work.
