The invention relates to medicine, in particular cosmetology, dermatology, plastic surgery, and is intended to improve the condition of the skin, as well as to eliminate wrinkles on the face, neck, décolleté, hands, etc.

Skin aging, which manifests itself in the formation of wrinkles, is associated primarily with the loss of collagen and elastin, as well as with a deterioration in microcirculation, a decrease in the tone of facial muscles. In addition, atrophy of the sebaceous and sweat glands occurs, the secretion of which creates a normal pH and forms a natural lipid film, which protects the skin from the adverse effects of the external environment, protects it from moisture loss and enhances all its known properties.

There are many ways to combat premature skin aging: dermabrasion, “tightening” wrinkles with various threads of gold, catgut, fiberpropylene, etc., the introduction of silicone, bovine collagen, plastic microspheres with collagen, preparations based on hyaluronic acid, etc.

For example, in the method of skin rejuvenation (RF patent No. 2135122, IPC A 61 F 2/02, publ. 08/27/1999), gold threads are implanted in the subdermal space at the level of the inner edge of the dermis. In addition, a biopolymer gel is implanted subdermally or intradermally in the lower third of the dermis.

Known methods, although they provide, each in its own way, a certain effect, have several disadvantages:

Dermabrasion (“grinding”), performed by a special cutter with an abrasive surface, is dangerous because of possible scarring of the treated skin surface or changes in its color. In addition, after the procedure, tanning is contraindicated for 2-3 months.

Chemical abrasion, based on the coagulating effect of phenol, is dangerous both by its local action, which can also lead to scarring in case of an overdose, and by its systemic toxic effect, since phenol is easily absorbed through intact skin.

Various types of “pulling up” wrinkles, which consist in exfoliating wrinkles and introducing catgut, gold and other threads under them, with their rather high trauma and invasiveness, are ineffective.

Silicone introduced into the skin as a filler often shifts and causes inflammation.

An injection of Botox or Dysport containing botulinum toxin (http: //www.mam.rujesthetie/botox.html) into the facial muscles is known. It weakens the motor activity of muscles. Small and deep wrinkles are smoothed, the surface of the skin becomes smooth.

However, the introduction of this drug is dangerous due to cases of overdose occurring in clinical practice, manifested by ptosis of the eyelid, eyebrow, or vice versa, non-closure of the palpebral fissure. For the same reason, this procedure is contraindicated in the area around the mouth, since this area is a site of complex mimic movements. And finally, due to the selective ability of botulinum toxin to affect the cholinergic parts of the nervous system, neurotrophic control of this skin area may be worsened.

Recently, in cosmetology, mesotherapy has become widespread (O.S. Ozerskaya “Mesotherapy in dermatocosmetology.” St. Petersburg: GIPP “Art of Russia”, 2003, pp. 12-13, 28-29). The medicine is injected with a syringe into the "problem" zone to a depth of 2-4 mm (to the level of the mesoderm), neutralizes the focus of the pathology until it disappears completely.

Known use in mesotherapy of the drug "Artekoll" based on bovine collagen (Yu.Yu. Dribnokhod. Benefit in cosmetology, St. Petersburg, 2004, p. 353-353). However, like any substance based on protein, the use of artecoll can be a problem for those who are prone to allergies. And also the introduction of this drug requires extreme accuracy: since the result of the correction is very persistent, the mistakes made by the doctor will be noticeable for a long time - maybe for several years. Even a slight overdose is undesirable, since the surplus will have to be removed only by surgery.

Closest to the proposed is the use for injection of the drug Restylane based on hyaluronic acid, which is a natural component of all living organisms. This preparation does not contain protein impurities, therefore it does not cause allergic reactions (Yu.Yu. Dribnokhod. Benefit in cosmetology, St. Petersburg, 2004, p. 350-351).

However, as a temporary excipient, hyaluronic acid gradually dissolves and is ultimately completely eliminated from the body. In addition, the absence of elastic fibers in the preparation does not provide restoration of skin elasticity.

All of the above methods of combating skin aging, which manifests itself in the formation of wrinkles, are not effective enough because they do not affect the very basis of skin aging - degenerative-dystrophic changes in all its structures - a decrease in the number and activity of fibroblasts, manifested in the loss of collagen and elastin , worsening microcirculation, decreased tone of facial muscles, weakened sweat and sebaceous glands, etc.

The objective of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of the treatment of skin aging due to the rapid restoration of its fibroarchitectonics.

The problem is solved by the method of skin rejuvenation, which consists in the injection into the dermal and subdermal layers of the exposed area of the skin of drugs, in which, unlike the prototype, the dispersed Alloplant biomaterial diluted in physiological solution or in a solution of local anesthetic is used as drugs actions in the ratio: 10-50 mg of biomaterial per 1-15 ml of solution, and injections are carried out at previously identified points of "problem" s n taking into account the anatomical and physiological characteristics of the area of influence, 0.1-5 ml per injection are administered, the number of which is 1-20 per session, and the number of sessions is 1-5 with an interval between sessions of 2 days to 3-4 weeks.

The proposed method improves the effectiveness of the treatment of skin aging due to the following factors:

- activation of the synthesis of the main structures of the dermal matrix - collagen, elastin, glycosaminoglycans, with subsequent improvement in tissue hydration and smoothing of wrinkles;

- beneficial effect on other constituent elements of the skin - microvasculature, tone of facial muscles, the work of sweat and sebaceous glands.

There is a tool for biological skin rejuvenation using a product based on a stabilized emulsion of perfluorocarbons, which allows you to influence the metabolic processes in the skin tissue in the opposite direction to natural aging processes (RF patent No. 2119790, IPC A 61 K 7/00, publ. 10.10.1998 g .). This tool allows you to intensify the synthesis of structure-forming components of the skin tissue - collagen, keratin, elastin. However, to achieve the effect, it is necessary to use it for a long time with regular application to the skin surface for at least one month.

The unique properties of Alloplant biomaterial are known, developed at the All-Russian Center for Ophthalmic and Plastic Surgery and approved for widespread use (TU No. 42-2-537-93 of the Ministry of Health of Russia, registration number 056/003230 of 05.17.99). They allowed us to develop more than 80 of its species, which are widely used in many branches of medicine (Alloplant biomaterials for regenerative surgery. Information letter. Moscow - Ufa - 2004).

Known dispersed Alloplant biomaterial (RF patent No. 2189257, IPC A 61 L 27/00, A 01 N 1/00, publ. 20.09.2002), which revealed the ability to attract and concentrate macrophage cells and stimulate their maturation. Due to this, it becomes possible to correct fibrotic and degenerative-dystrophic changes in tissues (the possibility of selective tissue growth at the site of the implanted biomaterial).

Also, dispersed forms of Alloplant biomaterial are used to stimulate biologically active points and zones for the treatment and prevention of diseases (RF patent No. 2238076, IPC A 61 H 39/08, publ. 20.10.2004).

In the proposed invention, the authors for the first time established the achievement of an unobvious result when Alloplant biomaterial acts on the skin — a shift in metabolic processes in the skin tissue towards the predominance of processes characteristic of physiologically younger tissue. That is, the use of Alloplant biomaterial in mesotherapy as a medicine allows you to get a new effect associated with rapid biological skin rejuvenation.

The property of Alloplant biomaterial to restore the acid-base balance of the skin due to the normalization of the sweat and sebaceous glands was revealed for the first time. Due to this, metabolic processes aimed at restoring the skin fibroarchitectonics are enhanced.

The method is as follows. The patient reveals pathological skin areas - wrinkles, folds in the face, neck and other areas of the most likely age-related changes. Visually, taking into account the anatomical and physiological characteristics, points for injection are determined. The skin surface in the area of these points is treated with 70% medical alcohol.

For injection, a liquid form of Alloplant biomaterial is prepared, for which dry biomaterial (10-50 mg) is diluted in 1.0-15 ml of saline or an anesthetic solution. 0.1-15 ml of the drug is injected into each point, the number of points 1-20 in one session, depending on the patient’s skin condition. The number of sessions 1-5 is also determined by the condition of the skin. The interval between sessions from 2 days to 3-4 weeks.

Example 1. Patient A., 48 years old.

The skin on the face and neck with a pale tint, dry, its turgor is weakened. There are shallow fractures of the skin in the frontal part, in the lateral corners of the eyes - “crow's foot”, “wrinkles of pride”, deepened nasolabial folds, transverse wrinkles on the neck.

After examination and palpation, the points for injection were determined: along the forehead wrinkles - 5 points, in the area of the wrinkles of the lateral corners of the eyes - 1 point, in the “wrinkle of the pride” - 1 point, in the nasolabial folds - 2 points, along the wrinkles on the neck in a checkerboard pattern a lock at a distance of 2 cm from each other - 7 points. We prepare the liquid for injection by diluting 30 mg of Alloplant in 12 ml of saline. Taking into account the anatomical and physiological characteristics of the skin of this patient, we make injections: frontal points - 0.4 ml each, in the “crow's feet” area 0.5 ml each, 1 ml into the “proud pride” wrinkles area, 0.5 ml nasolabial folds at each point, at the points of the neck - 0.7 ml.

According to this scheme, 3 sessions were conducted at intervals of 2 days. The result was evaluated 1 week after the course of treatment. There was a positive dynamics of the emotional state. Objectively: the skin turned pink, on palpation it is soft and elastic, normal humidity. The wrinkles on the forehead, in the corners of the eyes, on the neck decreased by about 2 times in depth, the nasolabial folds became less pronounced, the wrinkle in the bridge of the nose — the “proud man's muscle” - was smoothed out.

Example 2. Patient L., 31 years old.

Turned in the autumn with complaints of wrinkles after a vacation in the south. On examination, surface goose foot wrinkles were found in the lateral corners of the eyes. The skin of the face is dry and thinned, its turgor is reduced. Within a week and a half at intervals of 4 days, three sessions of injections of Alloplant biomaterial were performed. Alloplant of different concentrations was used:

- for introducing in the “crow's feet” area 30 mg of the preparation per 3 ml of saline, 1.5 ml on each side by 1 point - mainly with the aim of smoothing out skin breaks;

- 30 mg per 20 ml - 1 ml to the following points - 8 points to the forehead, 6 points to the cheekbones and cheeks on each side - in order to normalize the work of sweat and sebaceous glands of the skin, regeneration of epithelial cells.

These injections were staggered at the same distance from each other, using Alloplant diluted ex temporae in 0.25% novocaine solution, both for pain relief (the patient was distinguished by increased pain sensitivity) and to improve blood supply to the affected areas due to vasodilation. By the end of the first week, the following results were noted: the facial skin acquired a natural fresh look, its tone and elasticity were restored. The wrinkles at the outer corners of the eyes smoothed out and almost disappeared. The result is stable over the next months, the patient is happy with the treatment.

Thus, the proposed method of biological skin rejuvenation can improve the effectiveness of the treatment of skin aging due to the rapid restoration of its fibroarchitectonics.
