Abstract
Description
The device relates to medicine, namely to surgery.
The disadvantages of this method include the lack of effectiveness of the rehabilitation of the residual cavity of the abscess, especially in the treatment of large abscesses and the presence of intracavitary pockets.
The technical result is to increase the effectiveness of the treatment of patients with abscesses of various etiologies.
The technical result of the treatment is achieved by the fact that the device contains a tube and a cylindrical conductor, while the distal section of the tube is equipped with measuring marks, for example 1 cm, to control the depth of insertion into the abscess cavity, the proximal section of the tube ends with an olive to which the ligature is attached. The ligature and the tube are made with the possibility of conducting through separate channels of a cylindrical conductor and with the possibility of fixation. The tube is made with the possibility of bending during traction by the ligature and is divided into 2 channels, one channel of the tube serves to supply an antiseptic solution under pressure and is equipped with valves, for example, 1 mm in size, and the other is designed to evacuate the fluid from the abscess cavity and has evacuation openings of size 1 / 2 outer diameter of the tube.
Figure 1 presents a General view of the device from above. Figure 2 presents a General view of the device from below. Figure 3 presents a view of the device in operating position.
11.The device consists of a tube 1 inserted into a cylindrical conductor 2 through a channel 3. The tube 1 is divided in the inner part into two
The device operates as follows. An abscess is punctured according to a traditional technique under the control of an ultrasound scanner. Then, according to the Seldinger technique, a trocar is inserted into the abscess cavity. The device is inserted through the trocar so that the tube 1 is in a straightened state and the ligature 9 is located along it. After introducing the tube 1 into the abscess cavity and removing the trocar, a gradual traction begins for the ligature 9, which leads to the twisting of the tube 1 (figure 3). To achieve the greatest efficiency of the device, it is desirable that the bending radius of the tube 1 is close to the inner diameter of the cavity. To comply with this rule, you should be guided by the data of ultrasound scanning during the procedure, regarding the size of the abscesses, and also use the measuring marks 11, which the tube is equipped with an interval of 1 cm. For example, with an abscess diameter of 5 cm (d) and distance from the skin to the front wall of the abscess 3 cm (r), the tube should be fixed to the skin at a distance of not more than 18 cm (1) from the proximal end according to the formula 1 = r + πd (figure 3). After that, a cylindrical conductor 2 is put on the tube and it is shifted to the skin. The ligature 9 is fixed to maintain the desired bend of the tube by tying it after conducting conductor 2 through the channel 10. Then, the
The use of the claimed device improves the quality of rehabilitation of the residual cavity of the abscess, which significantly reduces the treatment time and avoids a number of purulent-septic complications.
