Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the metallurgical industry, in particular to the composition of steel based on chromium-nickel-molybdenum, and can be used in railway and city transport for the manufacture of elements of railway and tram tracks.
Known steel for the manufacture of intersections in railway and tram transport - 13 Mn super special - based on iron, including the following components, wt.%: 0.60-0.90 carbon, 12.50-16.50 manganese, 1.80 -2.20 molybdenum, not more than 0.60 silicon, not more than 0.05 phosphorus, not more than 0.03 sulfur. The specified steel is difficult to process, does not weld well, when restoring worn parts by surfacing, it has a low surface quality and is also prone to the formation of internal defects that are not detected by ultrasound.
For similar purposes, it is known to use UIC 900A steel, including, in addition to iron, wt.%: 0.60-0.80 carbon, 0.10-0.50 manganese, 0.80-1.30 silicon, not more than 0.04 phosphorus, not more than 0.04 sulfur; steel 75 VK, including, in addition to iron, wt.%: 0.45-0.65 carbon, 0.75-1.45 manganese, 0.10-0.50 silicon, not more than 0.05 phosphorus, not more than 0.05 sulfur; steels 85 and 95 VK, including, in addition to iron, 0.60-0.80 carbon, 0.75-1.40 manganese, 0.10-0.50 silicon, not more than 0.04 phosphorus, not more than 0.04 sulfur. However, these steels have a low yield strength, insufficient hardness, have low resistance to impact and fatigue loads, which leads to their rapid wear and crack development and, as a result, to insufficient service life as track elements in railway and tram transport.
“Stahlschlussel” 1986. The closest technical solution is steel containing wt.%: Not more than 0.20 carbon, 0.40-0.70 manganese, not more than 0.80 silicon, 1.50-2.00 chromium, 0.40-0, 80 molybdenum. 2.75-3.90 nickels, not more than 0.80 vanadium, not more than 0.02 phosphorus, not more than 0.02 sulfur, not more than 0.10 tungsten, not more than 0.50 copper (Wegst CW “Stahlschlussel” 1986 Publishing house “Stahlschlussel Wegst GmbH", Marbach, DE XP002160857, pos. 114). However, for the manufacture of track elements for railway and urban transport, for example, the place where the rails intersect (cross), this steel is not suitable, since it does not provide a sufficient service life of the product due to the tendency to crack in the weld zone with carbon steel rail when exposed to variable mechanical loads.
The objective of the invention is to increase the life of products from the proposed steel by increasing the wear resistance of their joints with elements of other steels, as well as reducing the tendency of steel to crack under variable loads in connection with elements of carbon steel.
Указанный технический результат достигается тем, что сталь, содержащая углерод, марганец, кремний, хром, молибден, никель, вольфрам, фосфор, серу и железо, согласно предложенному изобретению дополнительно содержит титан и алюминий при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:The specified technical result is achieved in that the steel containing carbon, manganese, silicon, chromium, molybdenum, nickel, tungsten, phosphorus, sulfur and iron, according to the proposed invention additionally contains titanium and aluminum in the following ratio, wt.%:

0,50silicon no more than 0.50

0,05titanium no more than 0.05
0,045aluminum no more than 0,045
10%.The specified steel has the following technical characteristics: tensile strength - 950-1300 MPa, yield strength σ 0.2 - 750-915 MPa, impact strength at 20 ° C - not less than 20 J / cm 2 , Brinell hardness - 290-420 HB ductility (A5) - not less than 10%.
The invention can be illustrated by the following example 1. From the proposed steel the product was made - the intersection of the tram rails (cross), which was welded in a standard way of welding with carbon steel rails. The composition of the steel was selected as follows, wt.%: Carbon - 0.14, manganese - 0.80, silicon - 0.34, chromium - 1.76, molybdenum - 0.471, nickel - 2.63, vanadium - 0.087, phosphorus - 0.014, sulfur - 0.009. titanium - 0.045, aluminum - 0.042, iron - the rest. The specified steel had the following service characteristics: tensile strength - 1147 MPa, yield strength σ 0.2 - 915 MPa, impact strength at 20 ° C - 26 J / cm 2 , Brinell hardness - 338 HB, ductility (A5) 14.8 % After a year of operation in natural conditions, the contact point between the steel with the composition indicated above and the carbon steel rail remained unchanged: there was no wear of steel at the contact point with the rail and there was no need to repair or replace the joint elements. Ultrasound studies have shown the absence of cracks in steel. Comparative laboratory tests of samples of steel of the above composition and steel according to the closest analogue showed the advantage of the steel according to the invention. Samples of the welds of steel according to the invention showed no wear, while samples of steel according to the closest analogue under similar test conditions showed a loss of 0.8% of the mass. Tests for crack resistance at variable load showed the appearance of cracks in steel samples according to the closest analogue after 1.3 · 10 4 cycles and the absence of cracks on steel samples according to the invention.
1.Technical characteristics of steel of various compositions are presented in table 1.
Products made from the proposed steel can be successfully used for railway and tram tracks and provide an increase in the speed of transport due to the absence of a destabilizing effect of wear on the appearance of cracks.
