Известна бетонная смесь, включающая жидкое стекло из силикат-глыбы с силикатным модулем 2,6-3, молотый кварцевый песок в качестве кремнеземистого компонента, кремнефтористый натрий, добавку, пенообразователь и воду [Патент РФ №2125976, МПК С 04 В 28/26].Known concrete mixture, including liquid glass from a silicate block with a silicate module of 2.6-3, ground quartz sand as a siliceous component, sodium silicofluoride, additive, foaming agent and water [RF Patent No. 2125976, IPC C 04 V 28/26] .
Materials from a known concrete mixture have unstable mean density values. When reproducing the specified composition using liquid glass from silica fume [RF Patent No. 2056353, IPC C 04 V 28/04] and silica fume as a siliceous component, it is impossible to obtain thermal insulation materials.

The proposed raw mix is prepared as follows. To obtain foam from liquid glass, 1-7 parts of a working solution of a foaming agent of 1% concentration are mixed in a high-speed forced-action mixer up to 18-20-fold foaming, then 48-54 parts of liquid glass are gradually introduced into the resulting foam and mixing is made until uniform air pores in the volume of liquid glass for 1-3 minutes. Silica fume, hardener (sodium silicofluoride) and fly ash are introduced into the obtained liquid glass foam. Then the resulting mixture is molded, the products are kept until the stripping strength is set, the stripped material is dried at a temperature of 50-60 ° C for 5-7 hours.
