Abstract
Устойчивый к проколу композитный материал подошвы обуви имеет большее число слоев текстильной ткани из арамидных нитей, соединенных с матричной смолой в количестве, достаточном для склеивания вместе соседних слоев ткани, но не настолько большом, чтобы указанный композитный материал был насыщен матричной смолой. В детали подошвы арамидная нить имеет прочность на разрыв по меньшей мере 11,1 г/пл.текс, относительное удлинение по меньшей мере 3%, ударную вязкость по меньшей мере 35 Дж/г и линейную плотность от 100 до 1000 пл. текс. Слои арамидной пряжи сотканы до коэффициента натяжения от 0,9 до 1,0. Матричная смола присутствует в количестве от 4 до 30 мас.% от общей массы слоев и матричной смолы. Технический результат детали подошвы обуви заключается в том, что выполненная согласно изобретению подошва приобретает способность противостоять ее прокалыванию при наступании на острый предмет. 11 з.п. ф-лы, 3 табл.

Claims (12)
1. Устойчивая к проколу деталь подошвы обуви, содержащая слои из тканых арамидных нитей, матричную смолу, соединенную со слоями, для удерживания вместе соседних слоев и для ограничения относительного движения отдельных нитей в каждом слое, в которой арамидная нить имеет прочность на разрыв, по меньшей мере, 11,1 г/пл.текс., относительное удлинение, по меньшей мере, 3%, ударную вязкость, по меньшей мере, 35 Дж/г и линейную плотность от 100 до 1000 пл.текс., а слои арамидной пряжи сотканы до коэффициента натяжения от 0,9 до 1,0, а матричная смола присутствует в количестве от 4 до 30 мас.% от общей массы слоев и матричной смолы.
2. Деталь подошвы по п.1, в которой арамид представляет собой поли(р-фенилентерефталамид).
3. Деталь подошвы по п.1, в которой тканые слои представляют собой миткалевое плетение.
4. Деталь подошвы по п.1, в которой присутствует от 4 до 14 слоев тканой арамидной пряжи.
5. Деталь подошвы по п.1, в которой матричная смола является полиэтиленом.
6. Деталь подошвы по п.1, в которой матричная смола равномерно распределена по всем слоям арамидной пряжи.
7. Деталь подошвы по п.1, в которой матричная смола расположена между слоями и приклеена к нитям слоев для предотвращения относительного смещения слоев.
8. Деталь подошвы по п.1, в которой слои тканой пряжи и матричной смолы имеют плотность размещения от 0,48 до 2,94 кг/м2.
9. Деталь подошвы по п.1, в которой композиция имеет толщину от 0,25 до 2,0 мм.
10. Деталь подошвы по п.1, в которой каждый слой тканой арамидной пряжи имеет основные нити и нити-наполнители, и слои ориентированы таким образом, что основные нити соседних слоев являются параллельными.
11. Деталь подошвы обуви по п.10, в которой имеется ось каблук-носок, причем основные нити параллельны указанной оси каблук-носок для получения гибкости от каблука к носку.
12. Деталь подошвы обуви по п.10, в которой имеется ось каблук-носок, причем основные нити перпендикулярны указанной оси каблук-носок для получения жесткости от каблука к носку.
