Abstract

FIELD: building industry. SUBSTANCE: raw mixture for making wood-concrete materials comprises mineral binding agent, wood and mineral filling agents, addition and water. Water glass is used as addition in the following ratio of components, mas. p. p.: mineral binding agent, 25.5-40; wood filling agent, 30-49.5; mineral filling agent, 1-15.5; water glass, 0.2-0.74; water, the balance, up to preparing uniform friable mass. Method of preparing raw mixture for making wood-concrete materials involves stirring wood filling agent with mineral filling agent, mineral binding agent, addition and water. Process of mixture preparing is carried out continuously for three stages: at the first stage wood filling agent is stirred with mineral binding agent under dry condition for 1-1.5 min; at the second stage ? amount of measured water and water glass are added and stirring is carried out for 1-1.5 min; at the third stage mineral filling agent and remained water are added and stirred finally up to preparing uniform friable mass for 1-2 min. Description

 The invention relates to the field of construction and can be used in the manufacture of building materials for the construction of industrial facilities, residential buildings, cottages, agricultural buildings, etc.
 Sawdust concrete is known, including Portland cement, slaked lime, sawdust, sand or fine gravel, clay and water (RU 2106322, class IPC 04 04 28/00).
 However, it requires the use of pre-treated lime, which requires additional energy costs, as well as expensive cement. At the same time, sawdust concrete has a high coefficient of thermal conductivity.
 A known raw material mixture for producing arbolite, including absolutely dry shredded wood, mineral binders, powdered lime, calcium chloride (RU 1204598, class IPC 04 04/18/26).
 The mixture must be absolutely dry, which requires significant energy consumption, and it uses a chemically active substance - calcium chloride.
 Known raw mix, which includes: wood chips, Portland cement, water glass, aluminum sulfate (SU 1380957, class IPC B 28 V 1/52).
 The use of calcium chloride is a chemically active additive.
 A known method of producing a mixture based on wood aggregate, including mixing sawdust previously treated in a clay suspension with cement (RU 2031881, class IPC C 04 B 28/02).
 The disadvantage of this method is the additional costs that must be done for the preliminary processing of sawdust.
 A known method of producing a raw mixture, including applying to absolutely dry wood chips an aqueous solution of lignosulfonate obtained on a calcium-sodium base. Then, liquid glass solution and aluminum sulfate solution are additionally applied to the treated chips and mixed with a mineral binder - Portland cement.
 The disadvantages of the method include the use of absolutely dry wood, which requires significant energy consumption, as well as chemically active substances - lignosulfonate and aluminum sulfate.
 Known raw mix for the manufacture of sawdust concrete blocks, including Portland cement 20-25 parts by weight, wood filler 50-55 parts by weight, mineral aggregate 16-20 parts by weight, 4-chlorine, 2,3,5,6- potassium fluorophenolate 0.05-0.10 parts by weight and water 4-10 parts by weight (RU 2039717, class C 04 B 28/00).
A known method of obtaining a raw material mixture for the manufacture of sawdust concrete blocks, including pre-impregnation of wood aggregate with an aqueous solution of 4-chlorine, 2,3,5,6-potassium fluorophenolate for 3 5 hours at a temperature of 20 ± 5 o C followed by the addition of sand (mineral aggregate ), Portland cement, gypsum, water and stirring for 30-40 minutes (RF patent 2039717, class IPC C 04 B 28/00).
 The disadvantage of the known mixture and the method of its production is that it requires preliminary processing of wood aggregate and a long time to prepare a mixture of this composition, thereby reducing productivity and increasing the cost of production.
 The technical problem, which is aimed by the claimed group of inventions, is to accelerate the production of raw materials for the manufacture of wood-concrete materials, as well as the exclusion of chemically harmful additives from the mixture, simplifying the process of obtaining the mixture.
 The technical result is the acceleration of the process of preparing the mixture, the exclusion of chemically harmful additives from the mixture, the simplification of the process.
The specified single technical result in the implementation of the group of inventions on the object - substance is achieved by the fact that in the known raw material mixture for the manufacture of wood-concrete materials, including mineral binders, wood and mineral aggregates, additive and water, the feature is that it contains as sawdust, filler, shavings, crushed wood, waste from the production of wood concrete, wood concrete, wood-cement slabs of uniform humidity, river sand, quarry as a mineral filler ore, slag, lean clay in any proportions, and as an additive - water glass with the following ratios of components by weight:
Mineral binder - 25.5 - 40
Wood aggregate - 30 - 49.5
Mineral aggregate - 1 - 15.5
Additive - water glass - 0.2 - 0.74
Water - Until a homogeneous, friable mass is obtained.
 The inventive raw material mixture for the production of wood-concrete materials has several advantages over the known one, for example, it uses a chemically neutral additive - water glass. Wood filler, in addition to sawdust, shavings, crushed, may contain waste from the production of wood concrete, wood concrete, wood-cement slabs, etc., while it does not require any pre-treatment, it is only possible to cure it at a positive air temperature to a uniform state humidity. Mineral aggregate can be river sand, quarry, slag, lean clay, loam in any ratio. Cement of any brand is taken as a mineral binder, and in order to save it with a slight decrease in the strength of the product, ground lime is added, which in addition serves as an antiseptic for wood aggregate.
 The specified single technical result in the implementation of the group of inventions on the object-method is achieved by the fact that in the known method for producing a raw mixture for the manufacture of wood-concrete materials, including mixing wood aggregate with mineral aggregate, mineral binder, additive and water, the feature is that the manufacturing process of the mixture is carried out continuously in three stages, in the first of which the wood aggregate is mixed with the mineral binder dry for 1-1.5 minutes, in the second one diids add 3/4 of the amount of necessary water and liquid glass and mix for 1-1.5 minutes, add mineral aggregate and the remaining water in the third stage and finally mix until a homogeneous crumbly mass is obtained for 1-2 minutes. The inventive method of producing a raw material mixture for the manufacture of wood-concrete materials significantly exceeds the known method. In particular, there is no need to pre-treat the wood aggregate with a chemically active additive, which greatly simplifies the manufacturing process, while there is no need to solve a number of technical issues - how to load, how to change the chemical solution, how to unload waste from the tank, etc. This requires a whole production line, additional costs, increases the complexity of the process. In the present invention, the aggregate is immediately fed into the concrete mixer. Under the conditions of woodworking production, as a rule, a large amount of waste is accumulated: shavings, sawdust, crusher and they are usually aged 1-2 months, thereby producing a wood aggregate with a uniform humidity of 40-50-60%. In this case, in the manufacture of wood-concrete products, a homogeneous homogeneous structure is formed in which the physicochemical processes proceed uniformly throughout the product body. The inventive method allows approximately 10 times to accelerate the time of manufacture of the mixture. Only in such a sequence of production of the mixture its properties are significantly improved, the test results of which are given in the table.
 The claimed group of inventions meets the requirement of unity of invention, since the group of diverse inventions forms a single inventive concept, moreover, one of the claimed objects of the group — a method for producing a raw mix for the manufacture of wood-concrete materials — is intended to produce another claimed object of the group — a raw mixture for the manufacture of wood-concrete materials while both objects of the group of inventions are aimed at solving the same problem with obtaining a single technical result tata.
 The claimed group of inventions meets the requirement of unity of invention, since the group of inventions forms a single inventive concept, and the application relates to objects of the invention of the same type, of the same purpose, providing the same technical result in essentially the same way.
 The analysis of the prior art by the applicant, including a search by patent and scientific and technical sources of information and identification of sources containing information about analogues of the claimed group of inventions for both the object method and the substance object, allows us to establish that the applicant did not find analogues for either method, and for the substance of the claimed group, characterized by features identical to all the essential features of both the method and the substance of the claimed group of inventions. The determination of the identified prototype analogue for both the method and the substance, which is the closest in the totality of the characteristics of the analogue, made it possible to identify the set of distinguishing features essential for the applicant's technical result for each of the claimed objects of the group set forth in the claims.
 Therefore, each of the objects of the group of inventions meets the condition of "novelty."
 To verify the compliance of each object of the claimed group of inventions with the condition "inventive step", the applicant conducted an additional search for known solutions in order to identify signs that match the distinctive features of the selected prototype for each object of the claimed group of inventions. The search results showed that each object of the claimed group of inventions does not follow explicitly from the prior art for the specialist, since the influence of the transformations provided for by the essential features of each of the objects of the claimed group of inventions on the achievement of the technical result is not revealed from the prior art.
 Therefore, each of the objects of the claimed group of inventions meets the condition of "inventive step".
 The method of obtaining the raw mix for the manufacture of wood-concrete materials is as follows: in the concrete mixer load wood aggregate and mineral binder and mix dry until smooth for 1-1.5 minutes, then add water 3/4 of the calculated amount and liquid glass, all mixed for another 1-1.5 minutes. At the same time, the mineral binder - cement, as a more active substance, hydrates water, forming a cement gel that sticks to wood particles, and liquid glass, dissolving in part of the water, forms a film that envelops the particles of wood aggregate with particles of cement gel and forms a closed capsule in which the setting process of cement is stabilized with a slight fluctuation in the moisture content of the wood aggregate. Next, load the mineral aggregate and the remainder of the water and mixing is 1-2 minutes. In this case, the particles of the mineral aggregate, without violating the existing structure of the capsule of the wood aggregate, covered with cement gel and enclosed in a film with liquid glass, are evenly distributed between these particles and moistened by the added water. After the particles of the mineral aggregate are saturated with water, under the action of somatic forces they will adhere to the particles - capsules of wood aggregate and cement gel. The entire mixing process takes place continuously for 3-5 minutes. In this case, a homogeneous friable mass of the raw material mixture is obtained.
 The method of obtaining the raw mix is thus carried out in three stages: Stage 1 - mixing the wood aggregate and the mineral binder dry for 1-1.5 minutes; Stage 2 - mixing of wood aggregate and mineral binder with 3/4 of the estimated amount of water and the additive with liquid glass for 1-1.5 minutes; Stage 3 - mixing wood filler and mineral binder, sealed 3/4 amount of water and liquid glass with mineral filler and remaining water for 1-2 minutes.
A variety of wood-concrete products — blocks, panels, slabs, beams of various sizes and configurations — can be prepared from the resulting raw material mixture in one of the following ways: by vibrating, vibrating with a load, pressing at a temperature of 15-20 o C, vertically directed vibration, pneumatic and mechanical tamping, followed by drying and hardening.
 Using the proposed raw material mixture for the manufacture of wood-concrete materials and the method for its preparation allows several times to accelerate the process of obtaining the mixture and improve its properties.

Claims (1)

The raw material mixture for the manufacture of wood-concrete materials, including mineral binders, wood and mineral aggregates, additive and water, characterized in that it contains sawdust, wood shavings, crushed wood, waste from the production of wood concrete, wood concrete, wood-cement slabs of uniform humidity, as a mineral aggregate - river sand, quarry, slag, lean clay, loam in any proportions, and as an additive - water glass with the following ratios of components, wt. hours:
Mineral binder - 25.5-40
Wood Aggregate - 30-49.5
Mineral aggregate - 1-15.5
Additive - liquid glass - 0.2-0.74
Water - Until a homogeneous friable mass is obtained
