 Thus, the object of the invention is to obtain a biologically active food supplement with increased activity and / or based on other types of plant materials, as well as a method of increasing the mental and physical performance of a person, including in conditions associated with alcohol intoxication.

 The present invention provides a biologically active food supplement consisting of components comprising a 10% aqueous-alcoholic extract of the corresponding plant material.

 The components used are extracts of calendula, sage, blackcurrant leaf, dill seeds, lycopodium spores, ground dried red blood-dried geranium root, noble laurel leaf, tarragon grass, hyssop grass, and hawk grass.
