Description

【0001】
【0020】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a food for improving or preventing hay fever. More specifically, the present invention relates to a food product that improves or prevents eye itchiness, runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing and the like, which are symptoms of pollinosis, and has no side effects such as rebound.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Allergic symptoms are caused by the production of immunoglobulin (IgE) by the antigen-antibody reaction that occurs in the body against the allergen, resulting in stimulation of the cell membrane of mast cells and release of histamine and leukotriene. Since these released substances have the effect of promoting vascular permeability and contracting smooth muscles, leukocytes and proteins leak from the blood vessels to induce inflammation, and bronchoconstriction causes asthma. Or
[0003]
In recent years, the prevalence of allergic diseases such as hay fever has tended to increase significantly. In particular, the number of Japanese cedar pollinosis patients is rapidly increasing in Japan, and it is estimated that about 10% of urban residents currently have Japanese cedar pollinosis. Hay fever is characterized only by the time when pollen is scattered, but once affected, it presents unpleasant initial symptoms such as itchy eyes and persistent runny nose. Generally, it lasts for several weeks to several months until it decreases. Moreover, when these initial symptoms progress, headache, gastrointestinal disorders, fatigue due to insomnia, etc. come to accompany, and it has developed into a serious social problem.
[0004]
Therefore, research on the treatment of allergic diseases such as hay fever has been extensively conducted, and the development of pharmaceuticals is also active. Antihistamines such as chlorpheniramine maleate and diphenhydramine, mast cell stabilizers such as cromoglycate sodium and tranilast, corticosteroids or the like have been used orally or as an ointment. However, antihistamines have side effects such as sleepiness and dry mouth, and mast cell stabilizers cannot be expected to reduce the symptoms that have already occurred. Corticosteroids are associated with gastrointestinal disorders, liver disorders, diabetes, and hypertension.
[0005]
For this reason, anti-allergic materials that are safe and have no side effects have been searched for in the conventional foods and have been developed as food materials (Japanese Patent Laid-Open Nos. 61-291524, 1-1-1). 121217, JP-A-7-215884). Already marketed and widely recognized are the tea extract extracted from the tea leaves with hot water, the perilla seed extract obtained from the seeds of Lamiaceae plants, and the extract obtained from the leaves of persimmon is there. Based on clinical research and animal experiments, it has been confirmed that 甜 tea extract suppresses the activity of cyclooxygenase to reduce and prevent cardiovascular allergic symptoms such as rhinitis, sneezing, and sore throat. Vol. 38, No. 4, 519-532 1995 Inflammation; Vol. 15, No. 2, 167-173 1995). Perilla seed extract has been confirmed to alleviate and prevent allergic symptoms by inhibiting leukotriene production and inhibiting histamine release by inhibiting 5-lipoxygenase (food and development; Vol.32, No.9,41) ~ 43 1997). It has been confirmed that jaundice leaf extract has an anti-inflammatory action by the carrageenan edema method (JP-A-6-256194). Since these ingredients are made from ordinary foods with a long dietary experience, it has been confirmed that they are safe and have no side effects even during long-term regular consumption.
[0006]
However, these extracts alone have been problematic in that sufficient effects cannot be obtained and there are individual differences in the expression of effects, and improvements have been demanded.
[0007]
On the other hand, in meat extract obtained from tuna and bonito fish meat extract and livestock processing waste liquid, those containing imidazole dipeptides such as anserine, carnosine and valenin as active ingredients are effective for anti-fatigue effect, active oxygen scavenging action, etc. Although said to be effective (New Food Industry; Vol. 43, No. 9, 15-19 2001, JP 2001-46021 A), it was not known about antiallergic properties.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems of treatment with drugs, and is intended to provide a food that is safe and easy to ingest, and that is effective in improving and preventing hay fever symptoms. It is a thing.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the present inventors have found that fish extract or animal meat extract containing imidazole dipeptides (anserine, carnosine, and valenin) is effective against various symptoms of hay fever. A food containing a fish meat extract or animal extract containing imidazole dipeptides (anserine, carnosine, valerine) or animal meat extract, yellow coconut leaf extract, strawberry tea extract and Lamiaceae seeds Based on these findings, the present inventors have found that the present invention has an excellent effect of preventing and improving hay fever in an amount.
[0010]
That is, the present invention improves hay fever comprising a fish meat extract or livestock meat extract containing imidazole dipeptide (anserine, carnosine, ballenin) and an extract obtained from seeds of yellow oak leaf extract, strawberry tea extract and Lamiaceae plant, or Provide food to prevent.
[0011]
Specifically, in terms of dry matter, per day, fish extract or livestock extract containing imidazole dipeptides (anserine, carnosine, and valenin) is 200 to 3000 mg, yellow maple leaf extract is 200 to 3000 mg, strawberry tea extract is 50 to 800 mg, perilla The present invention provides a food for improving or preventing hay fever in which an extract obtained from a seed of a family plant is processed into a form in which 25 to 500 mg can be ingested.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The fish meat extract used in the present invention usually contains about 5% of anserine, and the production method is not particularly limited. For example, after bonito and tuna boiled juice are gradually proteinized with an ultrafiltration membrane (fractional molecular weight: 6000), Treat with reverse osmosis membrane. Anserine is an imidazole dipeptide in which β-alanine and 1-methyl-L-histidine are bound. The obtained extract contains carnosine and valenin as dipeptides.
[0013]
The meat extract used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it contains an imidazole dipeptide, and examples thereof include those obtained by electrodialyzing livestock meat processing waste liquid from acidic to neutral regions and those obtained by hot water extraction.
[0014]
The yellow coconut leaf extract used in the present invention is an organic solvent having an intermediate polarity such as ethyl acetate, acetone, propylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, glycerin from leaves of evergreen Takagi and Engelhardtia chrysolepis HANCE belonging to the walnut family. In addition, it can be obtained by extraction using a lower alcohol such as methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, water or a mixture thereof and concentration.
[0015]
The persimmon tea used in the present invention is a perennial shrub called Rubus suavissimus S. Lee, which has been used as a sweet tea since ancient times in China, which is wild in Guangxi and Guangdong regions in southern China. As a manufacturing method, for example, hot water is added to strawberry tea and the extract heat-treated at 90 to 95 ° C. for 1 hour is spray-dried.
[0016]
The water-soluble extract extracted from the seeds of Lamiaceae plants used in the present invention can be obtained by extracting and condensing perilla seeds with a hydrophilic solvent such as ethanol. Examples of perilla seed include, but are not limited to, seeds of perilla frutescens var. Japonica and perilla (Perilla frutescens var. Crispa).
[0017]
Daily intake in terms of dry matter, fish extract or livestock extract containing imidazole dipeptide 200-3000 mg, yellow maple leaf extract 200-3000 mg, persimmon tea extract 50-800 mg, extract obtained from seeds of Lamiaceae plants 25 to 500 mg, preferably 400 to 1500 mg fish extract or livestock meat extract containing imidazole dipeptide, 400 to 1500 mg japonica leaf extract, 100 to 400 mg strawberry tea extract, 50 to 250 mg extract obtained from seeds of Lamiaceae plants is there. If it is less than the above, the effect is not manifested, and if it is more than the above, the effect is not further improved, but rather the cost is increased, and the stomach may be burdened, making it difficult to take continuously. . The number of times of intake is not particularly defined, but it is preferable in that the effect is sustained if it is taken several times rather than once. Thus, in the present invention, a fish meat extract or livestock meat extract containing imidazole dipeptide (anserine, carnosine, valerin) is used as an antiallergic material, and as an antiallergic material, yellow coconut leaf extract, persimmon tea extract, Lamiaceae seeds It is characterized by using together the extract obtained from this as an essential component.
[0018]
The form of the food of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it can be taken orally, and can be a food such as a functional food, a health food, and a snack food. For example, in addition to cookies, flakes, wafers, tablets, granules, etc., there are hard capsules and soft capsules, but hard capsules or soft capsules are particularly preferred because of their easy intake.
[0019]
When preparing a food for improving or preventing hay fever according to the present invention, appropriate components that are usually used can be blended depending on the type of the product. For example, glucose, fructose, sucrose, maltose, sorbitol, α-L-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine methyl ester, corn syrup, lactose, citric acid, tartaric acid, malic acid, succinic acid, lactic acid, L-ascorbic acid, dl- α-tocopherol, sodium erythorbate, glycerin, propylene glycol, glycerin fatty acid ester, polyglycerin fatty acid ester, sucrose fatty acid ester, sorbitan fatty acid ester, propylene glycol fatty acid ester, gum arabic, carrageenan, casein, gelatin, pectin, agar, vitamin Class B, nicotinic acid amide, calcium pantothenate, amino acids, calcium salts, emulsifier, sweetener, oily ingredient, brightener, seasoning, yeast food, coagulant, pH adjuster, medicinal ingredient, nutrition enhancer, Kosukezai, antioxidants, dyes, perfumes, preservatives, etc., can be produced by appropriately blending what is usually used as food material.
