Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the production of thermal insulation materials such as cotton wool, intended for use both in building structures and for thermal insulation of various installations.
63-68). Known heat-insulating material such as cotton wool - glass wool, which is randomly arranged flexible glass fibers obtained by drawing from molten glass (G. V. Nagibin and others. "Technology of heat-insulating and gypsum materials", M., "Higher School", 1966 ., p. 63-68).
The disadvantages of the known heat-insulating material is that despite the good heat-insulating properties, the use of glass wool is inconvenient due to its fragility and the sharpness of the fibers, which, in addition to the skin, damage the respiratory tract. Therefore, to use glass wool as thermal insulation, mats, strips, etc. are made from it. by bonding individual layers of fiberglass to each other using adhesives that are toxic. In addition, products made of glass wool are poorly transported due to the fragility of the fibers, and also break down over time into small particles as a result of aging, being in the building structure, which leads to the formation of voids and loss of thermal insulation properties of building structures. Loss of thermal insulation properties of building structures also occurs due to shrinkage of glass wool. The production of both glass wool and heat-insulating products from it is labor-intensive, energy-intensive, and requires capital-intensive and expensive equipment.
Also known is a thermal insulation material such as cotton wool - mineral wool, which is a loose thermal insulation material consisting of mineral fibers in the form of the finest vitreous fibers (G.V. Nagibin and others. "Technology of thermal insulation and gypsum materials", M., "Higher School" , p. 35, 39). For the manufacture of mineral fibers, silicate melt is first obtained from rocks and slag, which is then converted into fiber by blowing or centrifugal methods.
The disadvantages of the known heat-insulating material is that despite the good heat-insulating properties, the use of mineral wool is inconvenient due to its fragility and the sharpness of the fibers, which, in addition to the skin, damage the respiratory tract. Therefore, to use mineral wool as thermal insulation, mats, plates, felt, etc. are made from it. through the use of binders that are toxic. In addition, products made of mineral wool are poorly transported due to the fragility of the fibers, and also deteriorate over time during the aging process in building structures, which leads to the loss of thermal insulation properties of building structures. The loss of thermal insulation properties by building structures also occurs due to shrinkage of mineral wool. Mineral wool is not a nutrient medium for the appearance of fungi in it, but if it is in a building structure containing wooden elements, then it is destroyed by a fungus that has developed on wood. Mineral wool is destroyed by prolonged exposure to low temperatures. The production of both mineral wool and heat-insulating products from it is labor-intensive, energy-intensive, and requires capital-intensive equipment.
Known heat-insulating material such as cotton wool "ecowool" containing a fibrous component in the form of crushed waste paper, flame retardant, antiseptic and special additives (RU N 2083524 C1, CL C 04 B 30/02, 07/10/1997 - prototype).
A disadvantage of the known material is the high and stringent requirements for raw materials, since only clean newsprint is used, which in Russia is an acute shortage, since the resources of suitable waste paper are limited due to the lack of stability in the collection of waste paper for industrial processing and, in addition, Waste paper in recent years is one of the sources of secondary raw materials for the production of paper and cardboard. It should be noted that in the manufacture of paper, as well as in the manufacture of newspapers, various impregnating compositions are used, which in the manufacture of ecowool leads to the formation of under-milled waste paper particles, which are cold bridges, and therefore to the unevenness of the heat-insulating properties throughout the mass of the heat-insulating material. Due to the use of often toxic printing inks and contamination during the collection and storage of waste paper becomes environmentally polluted. It should also be noted that natural wood contains natural volatile compounds that are beneficial for the human body (essential and aromatic substances), which cause a healing and biostimulating effect on the human body in wood rooms. The material proposed by the applicant for production (wood) is obtained by mechanically breaking the wood. Due to the multiple increase in the surface of the latter, the release of these substances is intensified, which significantly increases these beneficial properties. As for ecowool, it does not have the indicated properties, because these substances are known to be removed during the pulping process.
The purpose of the invention is to expand the resource base and create a cheap, bio-resistant, fire-resistant, environmentally friendly, with little shrinkage, transportable thermal insulation material such as cotton wool.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in a heat-insulating material such as cotton wool containing a fibrous component, a flame retardant and an antiseptic agent, natural wood fiber obtained in the process of mechanical grinding of natural wood is used as the fibrous component. The thermal insulation material has, for example, the following quantitative composition, wt.%: Flame retardant 10.5 - 11.5; antiseptic agent 5.5 - 6.5; wood fiber - the rest.
- в теплоизоляционном материале типа ваты в качестве волокнистого компонента использовано натуральное древесное волокно;
The invention has the following differences from the prototype:
- natural wood fiber was used as a fibrous component in a thermal insulation material such as cotton wool;
- thermal insulation material has, for example, the following quantitative composition, wt.%: flame retardant 10.5 to 11.5; antiseptic agent 5.5 - 6.5; wood fiber - the rest.
This allows you to expand the raw material base due to environmentally friendly natural wood raw materials and create a cheap, bio-resistant, fire-resistant, environmentally friendly, with little shrinkage, able to be transported and operated without breaking thermal insulation material such as cotton wool.
In the patent information fund we reviewed, no similar technical solutions, as well as solutions with the indicated distinguishing features, were found.
The invention is applicable and will be used at industry enterprises in 1998.
древесные и растительные отходы (отходы деревообрабатывающего производства, опилки, стружка, лесосечные отходы, отходы однолетних растений и т.п. );
бура ГОСТ 8429-77;
18704-78.For the manufacture of thermal insulation material used the following components:
wood and vegetable waste (wood processing waste, sawdust, shavings, logging waste, annual plant waste, etc.);
drill GOST 8429-77;
boric acid GOST 18704-78.
Thermal insulation material was made as follows.
Example.
Plant materials in the amount of 82-84% were crushed in two stages. At the first stage - to the size of wood chips or soft wood waste. In the second stage, grinding was carried out by milling to obtain a wood pulp, and in the second stage of grinding, an antiseptic (borax) in the amount of 5.5 - 6.5% and a flame retardant (boric acid) in the amount of 10.5 - 11.5 were introduced into the grinding plant % The resulting mass had a cotton-like appearance and was a finished heat-insulating material (woody).
1. Examples of obtaining a heat-insulating material such as cotton wool (woody) are presented in table 1.
2. Physico-mechanical properties obtained by examples of materials are presented in table 2.
The indicators presented in table 2 allow us to conclude that the tree is not inferior to ecowool in its properties and is superior to mineral wool and glass wool in quality indicators. In addition, it is characterized by a decrease in shrinkage and destruction during transportation and operation in products, since fiber of the fibrous mass due to weaving and adhesion is able to form a cotton-like elastically rigid frame of the heat-insulating layer for horizontal and vertical surfaces. The wood is resistant to fungi, to rodents and fire-resistant at a lower consumption of antiseptics and flame retardant compared to ecowool due to the fact that the chemicals in the process of grinding wood in the steaming chambers of the mill condense onto the wood fiber in the form of a solution, which dramatically reduces the loss of chemicals. Energy costs for the production of wood are higher than ecowool, but significantly lower than in the production of mineral wool and glass wool. Woody production is much more environmentally friendly than all the above materials such as cotton wool, because there is no dust formation (as, for example, in ecowool production), there are no sharp fibers of mineral wool and glass wool. And most importantly - the production of wood can be based on an extensive raw material base of wood in the form of currently unused wood waste from logging, woodworking and pulp and paper production. It also helps to prevent environmental pollution by large-tonnage industrial emissions of woodworking industries. In addition, the tree, as mentioned above, has a healing and biostimulating effect on the human body.
- упаковывать в мешки и транспортировать в месте ее потребления;
- напылять непосредственно в изделия (например, стеновые, междуэтажные панели и т.п. строительные конструкции);
A tree can be used as follows:
- pack in bags and transport at the place of consumption;
- spray directly into products (for example, wall, floor panels, etc. building structures);
- prepress in mats, which is very convenient for transportation, and sometimes for use, moreover, the quality of prepress mats can be improved by preliminary longitudinal orientation of the fibers before prepressing, while using elongated fibers.
