The utility model relates to the field of ship propellers, in particular to propeller nozzles of ships, and can be used on surface ships and boats. The objective of the utility model is to simplify the technology of assembly and repair by manufacturing the nozzle assembly. The essence of the utility model lies in the fact that the propeller nozzle is made of a composite, including a housing and an insert. The outer surfaces of the body and the insert are smooth. The inner surfaces of the housing and the insert are made with the same profile in the form of a dodecahedron. The body has an annular collar on the side of one end, and on the other side - a fixing ring, which is attached to the body with threaded connections.
Description
The utility model relates to the field of ship propellers, in particular propeller nozzles.
Known nozzle propeller [1], containing elements of the nozzle, made in the form of triangles or trapezoids, fixed near the propeller. The outer longitudinal edges of the nozzle elements are located on conical surfaces with bases facing the screw and parallel to its axis. The propeller nozzle is made in the form of a shell, inside which nozzle elements are placed symmetrically relative to each other and the propeller, the ribs of which protrude behind the propeller beyond the output contours of the shell. The height of the nozzle element is less than half the radius of the screw. The nozzle converts part of the rotational energy of the flow into translational, thereby increasing the propulsion ratio of the propeller. The elements of the nozzle spin the water flow and partially straighten it.
The disadvantages of this invention is the complexity of the manufacture and repair of the nozzle, tk. it is necessary to select the longitudinal section and the angle of inclination of the bevel of the nozzle element depending on the mode of operation of the screw (diameter, rotation speed), which is difficult to implement in practice.
As a prototype, a propeller nozzle was selected, which provides a significant increase in the thrust of the propeller of the floating craft, due to the design entering the fairing, which leads to compression of the water flow, and as a result, an increase in reactive thrust and prevention of cavitation of the propeller [2]. The annular nozzle is made in the form of a cylindrical surface, in which the diameters of the inlet and outlet for the water flow are equal.
The disadvantage of this invention is the complexity of the nozzle repair technology, because. in case of wear and corrosion of the cylindrical surface of the nozzle, a complete replacement of the ring element is required, for which the vessel must be docked.
The objective of the claimed utility model is to simplify the technology of assembly and repair, due to the manufacture of the assembly nozzle.
The problem is solved by the fact that in the nozzle of the propeller containing the annular element (housing), according to the invention, an insert is installed, while the inner surfaces of the housing and the insert are identical dodecahedrons.
The execution of the internal surfaces of the housing and the insert in the form of profile dodecahedrons makes it possible to simplify the technology of assembly and repair of the nozzle, and also prevent the rotation of the insert relative to the housing during propeller operation.
In FIG. 1 shows the nozzle of the propeller in the section along A-A, in Fig. 2 - in the context of B-B.
4.The propeller nozzle is made collapsible, including an annular element (body) 1, an
Insert 2 is installed in
1.The ring nozzle for the propeller is repaired as follows. The threaded
The use of the claimed utility model makes it possible to simplify the nozzle repair technology.
