Abstract

FIELD: leather industry. SUBSTANCE: method is employed in finishing leather to manufacture sheepskin headgears. Finishing is effected by applying coloring water-emulsion composition, followed by applying fixing agent and pressing. According to invention, before applying coloring composition, flesh-side surface of sheepskin is covered with grease coating, after which sheepskin is stretched. Water-emulsion composition contains: polyurethane dispersion, flatting agent, stamp additive, wax emulsion, liquid dye, and water. EFFECT: improved leather quality. 2 tbl

Наиболее близким аналогом предложенного технического решения является способ отделки овчины, включающий шлифование бахтармяной поверхности, нанесение непигментированного грунта на лицевую поверхность овчины, прессование, нанесение пигментированного грунта и покрывной краски на лицевую поверхность следующего состава, мас. %: пигментный концентрат 10, казеин (10%-ный) 5, восковая эмульсия (20%-ная) 2, ализариновое масло 0,5, дисперсия МХ-30 (20%-ная) 20,5, акриловая эмульсия МБМ-3 (20%-ная) 20,5, вода остальное, нанесение закрепителя и прессование. Данный результат достигается тем, что в способе отделки овчины, включающем нанесение окрашивающей водоэмульсионной композиции, нанесение закрепителя и прессование, перед нанесением окрашивающей водоэмульсионной композиции на бахтармяную поверхность овчины дополнительно наносят жировое покрытие и производят растяжку овчины, нанесение окрашивающей водоэмульсионной композиции и закрепителя производят на бахтармяную поверхность, а в качестве окрашивающей водоэмульсионной композиции используют следующий состав, мас.%:
Полиуретановая дисперсия - 6,0 - 10,0
Матирующее средство - 10,0 - 15,0
Гриф-добавка - 6,0 - 10,0
Восковая эмульсия - 8,0 - 11,0
Жидкость краситель - 2,0 - 4,0

После этого на агрегате МАП на бахтармяную поверхность кож при расходе 80-100 г/м² наносят закрепитель следующего состава, мас.%:

НМ 132 - 2,0 - 3,5
