Abstract
Description
The invention relates to shipbuilding. Known side stops of pushed convoys (author certificate of the USSR N 333090 03/21/72, B 63 B 21/56). The disadvantage of these stops is their unreliability in conditions of significant excitement and pitching, especially in pushed convoys from small boats.
The technical result of the invention "Zygomatic stops for ships of a pushed convoy" is to increase the reliability of the coupling devices of a pushed convoy. It is achieved by the fact that the zygomatic stops are located in front of the side stops on the rounded bow formations of the pusher vessel between the stern side stops-fairings with vertical end beams of the pushed vessel, which abut against the side stops, while being placed in front of the side stops on a roundly pointed nose formation pushing vessel, they are made convex of rounded plates, the ends of which are bent towards the diametrical plane of the vessel and rely on internal vertical planes, down and up and fixed on the inside of the side stops-fairings of the internal vertical supports of the stern recess of the pushed vessel. Extension of the internal supports in the aft recess down and up is necessary so that the bulges of the cheekbones do not touch from below and above the stern side cowls-fairings, which have a small height, and slide along the smooth inner surface during banks and vertical movements of the vessels.
The reference points of the zygomatic stops are located along a curve or a broken line of the transverse circumference of the zygomatic formations of the vessel and are equidistant from its center, which, unlike the side stops combined with the vertical sides, ensures that the radius of the reference points of the transverse circumference of the bow of the vessel is constant. This increases the reliability of the end coupling of the ships in the composition, prevents damage to the bow formations of ships and stern side stops-fairings, and when abrasion of the zygomatic stops, they are relatively easy to replace and repair.
Cases of rupture of the end coupling of vessels when using side stops on composite vessels of the Volzhsky type with a carrying capacity of 10 thousand tons under conditions of significant unrest were observed, for example, at the Rybinsk Reservoir. The proposed fundamentally new zygomatic emphasis is especially necessary for compositions of small vessels.
