Abstract
Description
The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to fruit nursery and can be used for root propagation of pears.
Known methods of propagation of plants by cuttings include, for better rooting of the cuttings, treatment with various chemical compounds or uterine plants during the period of intensive growth of shoots, or the basal ends of the cuttings, or a combination of both.
212-216). A known method of propagation of plants by cuttings, in which the processing of the basal ends of the cuttings is carried out with a water-alcohol solution of indolylbutyric acid (IMC) (see Hartman H.T., Kester D.E. Propagation of garden plants. M., Kolos, 1963, p. 212 -216).
The disadvantage of this method is the low degree of rooting of cuttings.
М., 1996, 27 с. The closest in technical essence to the solution of the invention is a method for propagating pears with green cuttings, where partial etiolation “distillation” and subsequent processing of IMC cuttings before planting were used as an effect on the uterine plants. (see Ryabinin A. Accelerated cultivation of planting material of a pear. Abstract of a candidate dissertation. M., 1996, 27 pp. - prototype).
The disadvantage of this known method is the low responsiveness of cuttings of hard-to-root pear varieties to harvest them from uterine plants that underwent partial etiolation - “forcing” and processing them before planting the IMC. The rooting of a number of promising varieties remained low and did not exceed 18-27%, the duration to root formation on the cuttings was significant and amounted to 50-65 days. Such varieties as Daughter Excellent, Venus, Chizhovskaya, Malvina remained in the group of hard-to-root.
122,1.The problem to which the invention is directed, is to reduce the time of rooting of green pear cuttings, increasing the yield and quality of pear plants. The problem is solved in that the green cuttings of pears, harvested in the phase of intensive linear growth of shoots in the mother liquor, subjected to “distillation”, are treated with an aqueous solution of indolylbutyric acid at a concentration of 20-100 mg / l in combination with tropolon (C 7 H 6 O 2 ) at a concentration of 1-12 mg / L. Tropolone is a cyclic oxygen-containing hydrocarbon from the group of copper chelator, light-colored powder, readily soluble in water, non-toxic, molecular weight 122.1.
A comparative analysis of the prototype and the proposed method of propagation of pears with green cuttings, allowed to establish a new characteristic of the claimed technical solution: the use of a mixture of an aqueous solution of IMC and tropolone as a biologically active substance, while in the method described in the prototype, only IMC was used as a biologically active substance .
Joint processing of IMC cuttings and tropolone allowed to reduce the duration of the root formation process by 10-12 days, significantly increase the rooting of cuttings.

Therefore, the claimed invention meets the condition of "inventive step".
The method is as follows.
Example. As an object, a promising new variety Venus was selected, characterized by high annual productivity, good quality of fruits, winter hardiness and difficult rooting of green cuttings.
Shoots of the current year of the Venus variety were harvested in the mother liquor, which was cultivated in a film greenhouse, i.e. subjected to "distillation". In the first ten days of April, the uterine plants were short cut, and in the middle of the month they were covered with plastic wrap, which was stored until the beginning of the cuttings. Soil moisture at the level of 80-85% of HB was maintained by regular watering. Cut shoots during a period of intensive growth in length. Only actively growing shoots were selected, from which cuttings 20-23 cm long were cut, 2-3 lower leaves were removed. Then the cuttings were connected in bundles so that their lower ends were in the same plane and immersed them for 24 hours: 1 / in water; 2 / in an aqueous solution of IMC at a concentration of 20-100 mg / l; 3 / in an aqueous solution of tropolone in a concentration of 1-12 mg / l; and 4 / in an aqueous solution of IMC and tropolone in a concentration of 20-100 mg / l and 1-12 mg / l, respectively. Water or solution was poured into flat-bottomed polyethylene vessels with a thickness of 3.5 cm. The temperature of the solution was maintained at 20-23 o C. After 24 hours, the cuttings were removed, rinsed with running water and planted in film greenhouses equipped with an artificial fogging system. The substrate was a mixture of peat with sand in a ratio of 1: 1. The humidity mode was maintained automatically in accordance with the requirements of the technology.
Observation data on the rooting and development of rooted cuttings of a pear of the Venus variety are given in the table.
None of the green cuttings of the Venus pear contained in the water before planting were rooted. Shanks treated in the traditional way — IMC, adopted as a prototype, began to take root at 42 days after planting, the rooting rate for them was 23. Processing of cuttings with tropolone at a concentration of 6 mg / l slightly accelerated the appearance of roots, however, rooting was 10% lower than when processing IMC.
The joint processing of IMC cuttings and tropolone allowed to reduce the duration of the root formation process, significantly increase the rooting of cuttings. This indicator, compared with the influence of IMC and tropolone taken separately, increased by 50 and 60%, respectively. In this case, tropolone acted as a synergist of IMC. The phenomenon of the transition of hard-rooted varieties to the group of easily rooted ones was discovered.
Pear varieties tend to form a small number of roots. By the number of roots of the first order, the variants of the experiment differed insignificantly. According to the development of the root system, the option of joint processing of IMC cuttings and tropolone is positive from others. The formation of roots of the 2nd and even 3rd order created the fibrous nature of the roots. Due to the fact that the roots in this variant formed earlier, by the end of the season they had a secondary structure, were suberized, and this increases the winter hardiness of plants.
Thus, the above information indicates that the claimed method, as described in the independent paragraph of the claims, confirm the possibility of its implementation using the means and techniques described in the application.
Therefore, the claimed invention meets the condition of "industrial applicability".
