Abstract
Description
The invention relates to agriculture, and in particular to methods for preparing various types of silos.
- М., 1975, с. 18 - 19). It is known that for the preparation of high-quality silage, it is necessary to observe the optimum moisture content of the silage mass in the range of 60 - 70% and thorough sealing of the feed. It is also known that when harvesting silage from high-moisture raw materials (humidity above 70%), in order to reduce the moisture content of the mass to optimal limits, dry feed components, for example, chopped straw, are added to it (Silage and chemical conservation of excessively wet green feed. - M., 1975 , p. 18 - 19).
2 - 3%. But this method of reducing the moisture content of the silage mass has several disadvantages: straw slowly absorbs moisture, it is difficult to evenly distribute it throughout the silo, it complicates the compaction of the mass and reduces the degree of sealing of the feed. Straw increases the amount of fiber difficult to digest in animals in the silo and thereby reduces the nutritional value of the feed. It is practically impossible to use straw for harvesting combisilos for pigs, as fiber level in it should not exceed 2 - 3%.
It is known that when harvesting combisilos for pigs, cheap succulent feeds are used: pumpkin, beets, high-protein herbs, etc., which can replace up to 30 - 40% of expensive canned food in pig diets, but the difficulty in preparing high-quality silage for pigs is to quickly remove excess moisture and quickly seal the feed. To reduce humidity, grass or sulfur flour, grain tart are introduced into the composition of the combi-silos (N. V. Kolesnikov. Siloing and chemical preservation of excessively wet green fodder. - M, 1975, p. 18 - 19, 62 - 63) - prototype.
The disadvantage of this method is that the components introduced into the composition of the silos are expensive and their use does not improve its isolation from the access of oxygen, even in the presence of a plastic film used from above to shelter the silo, which leads to a loss in the amount of silage and its nutritional value.
В качестве сорбента используют бентонитовую глину.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The silage mass is laid in layers with a thickness of 0.8 - 1.0 m, the sorbent is introduced onto each layer of the silage mass, placed with a thickness of 3-5 cm, followed by compaction, and the storage is sealed with an additionally densified sorbent layer. Bentonite clay is used as a sorbent.
The objective of the invention is to improve the quality and nutritional value of the silo by eliminating excess moisture in the silage mass and enriching salts of macro- and microelements, growth biostimulants.
SiO2 - 72; FeO - 0,43; Fe2O3 - 2,57; Al2O3 - 12,47; P2O5 - 0,03; TiO2 - 0,6; Mn - 0,02; CaO - 1,15; MgO - 1,57; K2O - 2,13; Na2O - 0,45; SO3 - 0,17; Cu - 20; Zn - 30; Ni - 15 Co - 3; Mo - 2; W - 60; Ba - 200; Sn - 100- г/т.To implement the proposed method using bentonite clay Tarasovskoye deposits of the Rostov region, having the following chemical composition:
SiO 2 - 72; FeO - 0.43; Fe 2 O 3 - 2.57; Al 2 O 3 - 12.47; P 2 O 5 - 0.03; TiO 2 0.6; Mn 0.02; CaO - 1.15; MgO - 1.57; K 2 O - 2.13; Na 2 O - 0.45; SO 3 0.17; Cu - 20; Zn - 30; Ni - 15 Co - 3; Mo is 2; W is 60; Ba - 200; Sn - 100 g / t.
Due to the fact that bentonite clays are strong absorbers of moisture, they are able to quickly normalize the moisture content of the silage mass to the optimum level of 65 - 70% and thereby improve the silage of the feed. Being an excellent sorbent, clay, absorbing volatile gases generated during fermentation, does not allow them to diffuse into the atmosphere and exchange for atmospheric oxygen, thus contributing to the stabilization of the gaseous medium in the silo, which accelerates the conservation of feed. At the same time, moistened clay increases in volume, becomes more plastic and during the compaction process provides reliable sealing of the silo.
In addition, bentonite clay helps to retain food in the digestive tract of animals and thereby increases the efficiency of its use by animals. Bentonite clay, being a biostimulant and a source of macro- and microelements, enriches silage with biologically active substances and makes it a physiologically more complete feed. Bentonite clays increase the assimilation of silage feed by animals by reducing the digestive tract remoteness, which increases dramatically when juicy silage feeds are included in the diet, and bentonite clays normalize the gastrointestinal tract. The advantage of this method lies in the fact that the silage of feed using bentonite clays allows not only to improve the quality of the silo, but also makes it possible to introduce large-tonnage use in the feeding of agricultural animals of environmentally friendly natural biologically intensive substances based on deposits of bentonite clays.
The crushed silage mass intended for cattle is placed in a silo with constant tamping to a layer thickness of 0.8 - 1.0 m, then a layer of dry bentonite clay is poured with a layer of 3-5 cm and tightly pointed with a roller, a new layer of silted mass is laid on compacted clay and the operations are repeated until the storage is completely filled and completed by covering clay with the entire surface of the trench with food.
The laying of combisilos for pigs with bentonite clay is carried out in the same way, with the only difference being that first a clay layer of 3-5 cm is laid on the bottom of the trench, then the crushed and mixed feed components of the combisilos are laid, after tamping them at the end they again lay a layer of bentonite clay with a thickness of 3 - 5 cm and compacted with a roller. The operations are sequentially repeated until the storage is full, then the surface is covered with a compacted layer of bentonite clay.
The invention is illustrated by the following example: the crushed silage intended for cattle is placed in a silo with constant tamping, then a layer of 4 cm dry bentonite clay is poured onto a compacted layer of green mass 0.9 m thick and rolled up tightly with rollers, then it is laid on compacted clay a new layer of silage. The operations are repeated until the storage is completely filled and completed with a trench covering clay with the entire surface of the trench with feed.
The laying of combisilos for pigs with bentonite clay is carried out in the same way, with the only difference being that first a 4 cm clay layer is laid on the bottom of the trench, then the crushed and mixed feed components of the combisilos are laid, after tamping them at the end of the shift, a 4 cm thick bentonite clay layer is again laid and compacted with a roller. The operations are sequentially repeated until the storage is completely filled, then the surface is covered with a compacted layer of bentonite clay.
The portioned shelter of the silage mass rammed with bentonite clay allows not only reliably sealing the silage mass in the process of preparation and at the end of it, but also quickly reducing the moisture content of the mass to the optimum level, which ultimately provides an increase in the quality and nutritional value of the finished silo.
In addition, having in its composition a rich natural set of macro- and microelements, bentonite clays increase the eatability of silage and enrich it with elements necessary for animals. Bentonite clays slow down the movement of food along the digestive tract and as a result increase the efficiency of using silage and other animal feed.
The test results showed that the silage harvesting according to the proposed method using bentonite clay as a moisture absorber in the silo mass compared to traditional silage harvesting methods and using crushed straw for cattle and grain waste for pigs as a moisture absorber allows preparing silage of better quality and nutritious with better animal eatability.
The table shows the nutritional value of the silo, depending on the method of silage. As follows from the table, the nutritional value of the silo prepared by the proposed method is higher than previously known methods.
