Abstract
Description
The invention relates to pharmacy.
A 61 K 35/32, 1995 и PU, патент N 2054292, кл. A 61 K 35/22, 02.96). The use of non-ossified horns (antlers) of red deer, red deer, sika and reindeer is known for the manufacture of official medicines - pantocrine and rantarin. For this, a method for extracting antlers with acidified alcohol is used (PU, patent N 2045269, class A 61 K 35/32, 1995 and PU, patent N 2054292, class A 61 K 35/22, 02.96).
2. ч. 2, с. 23 - 28). The disadvantage of this method is an insignificant (0.8 - 3%) extraction of biologically active substances from antlers (A. Taneyeva. Some data on the pharmacology of pantocrine and sika deer antlers. Materials of the XXI scientific session of the Khabarovsk Medical Institute (November 20 - 23, 1963) Khabarovsk, 1964, p. 115. Silaev AB, Katruha GS and others, On the chemical nature of biologically active substances and ways to more fully use them, Pantokrin, Gorno-Altaysk, 1969. Issue 2. hours 2, p. 23 - 28).
13 - 24). A known method for the production of pantolizate by hydrolysis of wastes from pharmaceutical processing of antlers in artificial gastric juice (Yartsev V.G. Experimental justification and results of the use of wastes of pharmaceutical processing of antlers in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine. S.-P., 1995. Abstract of dissertation for the degree of doctor Veterinary Sciences, pp. 13-24).
The method of obtaining pantolysate is as follows. As raw materials for the production of pantolizate, crushed freshly cut or canned antlers are used. The hydrolysis is visually controlled and carried out in a transparent glass container with a wide bottom, in a thermostat at a temperature of 38 - 42 o C. The duration of the hydrolysis until it is complete with periodic stirring for 4 days. Then the brown supernatant is filtered through 3 layers of pure gauze and the filtrate is boiled for 5 minutes. After that, the pantolysate is canned, adding resorcinol at the rate of 5.0 g per 1 l, and poured into sterile vials in compliance with aseptic and antiseptic rules.
The preparation of pantolizate expands the range of drugs manufactured from antlers and provides a more effective and, if necessary, almost complete extraction of biologically active substances from antlers due to their hydrolysis in artificial gastric juice. The technology for producing pantolizate is much simpler and more economical than the production of pantocrine and rantarin. It is virtually waste-free, does not require additional technological techniques and special equipment. The method of preparation of pantolizate does not require the cost of acquiring the alcohol necessary for the extraction of antlers in the manufacture of pantocrin and rantarin, as well as the cost of equipment necessary for evaporation, thickening and tabletting of the extract of the rantarin.
The proposed method allows to increase to the maximum, reduce by dilution or stabilize the concentration of biologically active substances in the pantolysate by regulating the activity of hydrolysis. At the same time, the ratio of biologically active substances to pantolizate does not decrease and remains the same as in pantogherin and rantarin (Tables 1 and 2). The chromatogram of the pantolysate can be used to identify and standardize it (drawing).
The drawing shows a chromatogram of pantolysate with an indication of the exit time of each of the amino acids (min).

Pantolizate contains a significant amount of macro- and microelements and essential amino acids, therefore it has a more pronounced biological activity than pantocrine and rantarin. This fact was confirmed by an experimental comparative evaluation of the anti-inflammatory, antidote, and anti-stress effects of pantolizate and pharmacopeia preparations from antlers.
