Abstract
Description
The invention relates to light industry, in particular to a technology for manufacturing articles of fur and is intended for use in furrier-tailoring production.
It is known that the traditional method of manufacturing fur stitches and plates includes stitching skins and fur strips, dressing them in a wet state, drying, duplicating the mezra with adhesive-coated fabrics or non-woven fabrics or reinforcing the mezra by sewing fabric onto it. This method of processing fur usually involves the use of high-value parts of fur skins of animals, gives a large amount of waste fur flap and does not involve the processing of non-standard fur.
Known methods for the manufacture of fur plates and stitches from small pieces and strips of fur when they are sewn together along the longitudinal and / or / side surfaces. In addition, the linear dimensions of the fur product are reduced due to the edge going into the seam, the laborious operations of dressing, drying, fur, reinforcing the mezra, which are inevitable with this technology, can also be considered disadvantages of the methods.
A known method of manufacturing a fur fabric in the alignment, which involves the use of non-standard parts of the skins, furrier and subcutaneous flap.
In this case, the linear dimensions of the fabric are significantly increased due to strips of braid, suede, fabric, which are sewn between fur strips. The method significantly expands the processing of non-standard fur raw materials formed after trimming the pieces aligned with the pattern. The method saves the amount of semi-finished fur product per unit due to the binder material, but includes dressing and drying of the fur fabric, which increases the complexity of manufacturing a fur plate.
C 14 B 15/10, 1992). A known method of manufacturing articles of fur, comprising connecting fur strips to a substrate by applying a fur strip to the substrate with the side opposite to its pile surface and fastening the fur strip to the substrate, in which the thread is passed through the substrate, having punctures on both sides of the fur strip, are looped around it filament seam along its entire length, the width of the base of each strip is selected no more than 4 mm. (USSR patent 1708853, class C 14 B 15/10, 1992).
The method excludes the operation of stitching fur shelves along the longitudinal and / or / lateral surfaces, dressing, strengthening the mezra, but has the main disadvantage of reducing the strength of the products obtained by this method, since it provides only one clamping thread that attaches the fur strip to the substrate. The spiral-shaped clamping thread can be easily damaged during operation, up to tearing, which inevitably entails weakening of the contact between the fur strip and the substrate, since the method does not provide any other clamping means.
C 14 B 15/10, 1979). There is also a known method of manufacturing a fur fabric by interlacing fur strips with each other as warp and weft threads. (EP. 0004458, CL C 14 B 15/10, 1979).
The method provides for one clamping thread interwoven with a fur strip, and as a result, the fur fabric obtained by this method does not have sufficient strength.
The method according to the totality of features is closest to the proposed solution and adopted as a prototype.
The proposed solution excludes the operation of stitching fur strips along longitudinal surfaces and / or / along their width. The stitching operation is replaced by the operation of weaving fur strips with warp threads. At the same time, there is no need for further operations of straightening the web in a wet state, drying them, duplicating the mezra with fabrics or non-woven fabrics with an adhesive coating, strengthening the mezra by sewing on the fabric to it. One of the objectives of the invention is the creation of a technology for processing fur waste, which is essentially approaching waste-free. In addition, the objectives of the invention are to obtain high-strength products with improved thermal insulation properties, reducing the cost of manufacturing products.
These problems are solved due to the fact that in the proposed method for manufacturing a fur fabric by interweaving fur strips with each other as warp and weft threads, at least one additional warp and weft threads with the same or unequal number are placed on both sides of the fur strip, forming a clamping system of threads to ensure a fixed position of the fur strips in the fabric.
In addition, these problems are solved due to the fact that the fur strips are made from the skins of fur animals, furrier or foot flap, faux fur.
Fur strips spliced along the length in any way, for example, by stitching.
The ends of the fur strips are fixed to at least one clamping warp thread in the direction opposite to the direction of weaving of the fur strips.
The size of the fur strip is at least 0.1 x 0.5 cm. The clamping threads of the warp and weft are made of any fibers. The distance between adjacent clamping threads of the warp and weft is at least 0.1 cm.
The diameter of the clamping threads of the warp and weft is at least 0.1 cm.
In one product, fur strips of various nature, structure, color of the pile coating, height and direction of the pile coating, width of the base are used.
Fur strips of different structure, nature, color of the pile coating, height and direction of the pile coating, the width of the base alternate in a given or arbitrary sequence.
The fur strip is twisted in at least one area or along its entire length at any angle.
The ends of the twisted fur strips after they are fixed in a twisted state are spliced along the length in any way, for example, by stitching.
The ends of the twisted fur strips after they are fixed in a twisted state are fixed to at least one pressing thread of the warp in the direction opposite to the direction of weaving of the fur strips.
The density and density of the fur fabric is regulated by combining the width of the base of the fur strips, the distance between adjacent clamping threads of the warp and weft, the diameter of the clamping threads of the warp and weft, and the technical characteristics of the pile coating of the fur strips.
The fur coating is produced by a frame, carpet loom or horizontal manual loom. The warp and weft threads, which are in any ratio in terms of quantity relative to each other and forming a clamping system of threads, give the fabric the extra strength. Fur strips located along the warp and along the weft are sequentially interwoven with each other and with the clamping threads of the warp and weft with alternating contact between their pile and meszra surfaces.
High-grade natural fur, natural fur wastes, including inter-lethal lunges, tails, heads, etc., are used to make the fur fabric. For the manufacture of fur strips use faux fur.
The fur strips of the warp and the weft are twisted in at least one section or along their entire length at any angle with the pile outward, while if the mezra of the fur strip is closed as a result of twisting, we get a double-sided fur fabric in which the front and back surfaces of the fur fabric look the same way. In addition, this technique allows you to evenly distribute the pile along the length of the fur strip and strengthen its mezdra, which gives the product additional strength. The service life of products made of double-sided fur fabric is significantly increased, because both sides of the product are used for their intended purpose.
The originality of the proposed solution lies in the fact that the smaller the width of the base of the fur strip with the minimum diameter of the clamping threads of the warp and weft, the minimum distance between them, the more solid and natural the fur fabric of the product looks. The most durable, dense, uniform fur fabric is produced under the condition that the specified parameters are 0.1 cm.
The method saves the amount of semi-finished fur product per unit of product, since there is no edge going into the seam, the entire width of the fur strips is involved as a working surface, and the working area of the fur fabric is further increased due to the pressing threads of the warp and weft. When developing a double-sided fur fabric, the amount of semi-finished fur product per unit of product increases, but the cost of the products remains almost unchanged due to the low cost of raw materials.
