Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of weaving, in particular to a method for weaving a hole-interconnected double-layer warp knitted fabric.
Background
The warp-knitted mesh fabric is widely applied and the demand of the warp-knitted mesh fabric in the textile market is increasing day by day. The warp-knitted mesh cloth used on the shoe material can be penetrated into the shoelace or the mesh belt after being perforated by post-processing. In the times of pursuing innovation and rapid development, products pursue uniqueness and production efficiency, a common product is necessarily replaced by a product with the same function and a uniqueness in style, the development requirement of a new product is remarkable in innovation, and the production efficiency is high. The existing warp-knitted mesh fabric is not novel in appearance, and the production process cannot realize the improvement of the production efficiency, so that the improvement of the existing warp-knitted mesh fabric is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention is directed to the defects in the prior art, and the main object of the present invention is to provide a method for weaving a hole-interconnected double-layer warp knitted fabric, which can effectively solve the problems that the existing warp knitted fabric is not novel in appearance and the production process cannot achieve an improvement in efficiency.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a weaving method of a hole-interconnected double-layer warp knitting fabric comprises the following steps:
(1) matching yarns and tissues to form regular holes and vertical bars on the front surface of the fabric;
(2) selectively weaving loops on the front and back of the fabric in sequence by using jacquard weaving tissues to connect the front and back of the fabric;
(3) when holes and vertical strips are formed in the fabric, the yarn feeding amount in the weaving process is relaxed, so that holes are formed in the areas which are not connected by jacquard weaving in the subsequent shaping process in a protruding mode, and shoelaces or decoration belts can smoothly penetrate through the holes;
(4) yarns with different shrinkages are used on the front side and the back side of the fabric, so that the two sides can form a raised hollow spacer yarn effect on the front side due to different shrinkages.
Preferably, the jacquard weaving organization in the step (2) is used for connecting the front and the back of the fabric, specifically, at the position where the holes are formed on the fabric surface, the longitudinal jacquard front and the back of the edges of the holes are sequentially looped to be used as a connecting layer, and the edges of the holes are not connected transversely, so that the hollow space yarn effect of interconnected holes is formed.
Preferably, in the step (4), the shrinkable yarns used on the back side of the fabric are thermoplastic polyester elastic yarns or chinlon filament yarns, and according to certain shrinkability and good physical properties of the fabric, after the fabric is off-machine, due to different shrinkability of the yarns on the two sides, the yarns on the bottom side rebound to cause the protruding of the hollow spacer yarn region in the front side, so that the effect of interconnecting holes is formed, and then the size and the appearance shape of the fabric are fixed through shaping.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has obvious advantages and beneficial effects, and specifically, the technical scheme includes that:
by adopting the weaving method, the obtained product has novel appearance and is breathable, and when the product is applied to the local part of a shoe material, shoelaces or decorative belts can be conveniently penetrated, so that the phenomenon that the performance of the fabric is weakened by post-processing holes is avoided, and the production efficiency is improved; or applied to clothing articles, such as shawl or scarf. The uniqueness of fabric is different from general mesh fabric, and its two sides use the yarn that the shrink nature is different, and the connection of fabric face and end is realized at the settlement region by merchant card layer yarn, and the fabric surface course forms vertical retort and mesh in proper order, and the bottom uses the yarn that has the shrink nature to weave, according to the shrink of bottom yarn and the relaxation of yarn tension, the vertical retort law between fabric cloth cover mesh after the design and the mesh is protruding and recessed to smoothly penetrate shoelace or ferret direct use between the fabric mesh, and the style is novel unique.

Detailed Description
The invention discloses a method for weaving a hole-interconnected double-layer warp knitting fabric, which comprises the following steps:
(1) the regular holes and vertical bars are formed on the front surface of the fabric 10 by matching with the yarns and the tissues.
(2) And selectively knitting the front and the back of the fabric 10 into loops by using jacquard knitting tissues to connect the front and the back of the fabric 10. Specifically, at the position where the holes are formed on the surface of the fabric 10, the longitudinal jacquard front and back surfaces of the edges of the holes are sequentially looped to serve as connecting layers, and the edges of the holes are not connected transversely, so that the hollow spacer yarn effect of hole interconnection is formed.
(3) When the holes and the vertical strips are formed, the yarn feeding amount in the weaving process is released, so that the areas which are not connected by jacquard weaving in the subsequent shaping process are protruded to form the holes, and a shoelace or a decoration belt can be smoothly penetrated.
(4) Yarns with different shrinkability are used on the front surface and the back surface of the fabric 10, so that the two surfaces can form a raised hollow space filament effect on the front surface due to different shrinkability. In this embodiment, the shrinkable yarns used on the reverse side of the fabric 10 are thermoplastic polyester elastic yarns or nylon filament yarns, and according to their certain shrinkability and their good physical properties, the yarns on the bottom side rebound to cause the protrusions of the spacer filament regions in the front side due to the different shrinkability of the yarns on both sides after the fabric 10 is off the machine, so as to form the effect of interconnecting the holes, and then the dimensions and the shape of the fabric 10 are fixed by setting.
As shown in the figure, a first hole 11, a second hole 12 and a third hole 13 are formed on the surface of a fabric 10, the fabric 10 is matched with polyester yarns, polyester cationic yarns, thermoplastic yarn monofilaments or nylon filaments to be respectively used on the front surface and the back surface of the fabric 10, a hole and a vertical bar effect are formed on the front surface of the fabric 10, particularly, the yarn feeding amount is large when the front surface of the fabric 10 is woven, the front surface and the back surface of the fabric 10 are connected by jacquard weaving tissues in the longitudinal direction of the edge of the hole, as shown in the figure, the front surface and the back surface of the fabric are connected by the jacquard polyester cationic yarns in the longitudinal direction of the edge of the second hole 12 and the edge of the third hole 13 to form a double-layer fabric, and the double-layer fabric with a hollow partition yarn effect is formed by horizontal jacquard weaving connection without jacquard at. According to the method, the contractility of thermoplastic yarns or chinlon used on the reverse side of the fabric 10 is greater than that of terylene and terylene cationic yarns on the front side, the front side of the fabric 10 is not provided with a jacquard woven connection vertical bar area bulge, the fabric subjected to sizing dyeing forms a unique coral effect appearance, shoelaces or decoration belts can smoothly penetrate through holes and hollow space wire areas, common screen cloth can be directly replaced, and the shoelaces can be matched for use only in a post-processing hole opening mode, the method reduces the working procedures and the cost, the fabric 10 still keeps enough physical properties, the method can be widely applied to local areas of vamp materials, and the unique appearance can be applied to the fields of clothes and the like.
The technical principle of the present invention is described above in connection with specific embodiments. The description is made for the purpose of illustrating the principles of the invention and should not be construed in any way as limiting the scope of the invention. Based on the explanations herein, those skilled in the art will be able to conceive of other embodiments of the present invention without inventive effort, which would fall within the scope of the present invention.
