Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the alcoholic beverage industry.
A known method of producing vodka "Wheat" by mixing rectified ethyl alcohol "Extra" according to GOST 5962-67 with drinking corrected water according to GOST 2874-82, which has undergone additional purification from organic impurities with activated carbon. The resulting sorting is treated with activated carbon. The resulting sorting is treated with activated carbon [1]
The disadvantage of this method is that activated carbon is an expensive and scarce sorbent, as well as the fact that water and sorting through an activated carbon layer do not receive (due to extraction) an additional set of mineral microcomponents that ultimately determine the "bouquet" used water and sorting.
Closest to the proposed method is the preparation of vodka by diluting ethyl rectified alcohol with drinking water, followed by filtering the sorting on sand filters, moreover, drinking corrected water is additionally filtered through crushed natural flint stone, and the filter filtered on sand filters is further processed in a column filled with crushed natural flint stone [2]
In this method, crushed natural stone (flint) is used for treating water and water-alcohol liquid (sorting), which eliminates the use of scarce and expensive activated carbon, as well as saturating water and sorting with a certain “bouquet” of mineral trace elements. However, the tasting properties of vodka prepared by this method are largely determined by the quality of the water used, which is highly dependent on the presence of heavy metal ions. There is a generally accepted biotest on paramecium microorganisms (ciliates), which characterizes the toxicity of water using a toxicity index. The lower the toxicity index, the cleaner the water and the better the taste of the prepared vodka. The disadvantage of the prototype is not high enough taste of the prepared vodka, which is caused by a rather high toxicity index according to the test on the ciliates of the water used.
The essence of the invention lies in the fact that in the known method for the preparation of vodka by diluting ethyl rectified alcohol additionally filtered through crushed natural mineral with drinking water, followed by passing the sorting through a column filled with crushed natural minerals, the new is that as a natural mineral with additional filtering drinking corrected water sequentially use first a mixture of zeolite and shungite, and then only shungite, and as a natural mi erala transmittance for sorting used shungite.
The objective of the invention is the creation of a fairly cheap method of preparing vodka with high taste.
The technical result achieved in this case is that in the process of preparing vodka sorption purification of drinking water and sorting are carried out, which are purified from suspended and dissolved compounds of heavy metals, nitrates, radionuclides, existing microorganisms.
As sorbents use natural minerals: zeolite and shungite. Shungite has a complex mineral composition, including quartz, aluminosilicates, carbon, and can be used as a complex sorbent, which simultaneously possesses the properties of coal and silicates. The presence of schungite in the zeolite mixture leads to a decrease in the alkalinity of water and a shift in pH to the neutral-acid region. Under these conditions, the growth of pathogenic microflora stops. As a result, vodka prepared by the claimed method acquires high tasting properties and is enriched with useful biological active substances.
The method is as follows.
Drinking water according to GOST 2874-82 additionally filters the transmission first through a column with a mixture of crushed (
The columns are made of cylindrical stainless steel with diameters of 250 mm, 2000 mm high, grates with 8 mm diameter holes are fitted in the upper and lower parts of the columns, covered with gauze, on the top cover there is a fitting for the exit of vodka and an air vent, in the lower cover there is a fitting for entry sorting.
Vodka after the column with shungite enters the collection of finished products. In case of deviation from the standard, its strength is adjusted by adding alcohol or water, followed by mixing and checking the strength.
Vodka in the process of contact with crushed natural minerals (schungite and zeolite) acquires high taste qualities due to a higher degree of purification of the used water compared to the prototype, as well as enrichment of the water and sorting with mineral microcomponents and useful biologically active substances obtained on its basis.
This can be confirmed by comparing toxicity indices (obtained in the ciliates test) for water treated with various adsorbents and minerals (table).
The organoleptic properties (taste) obtained by the claimed sorting method are much higher than by the prototype method, which was revealed in independent tasting tests on a statically significant sample (25 people).
