Abstract

Способ обработки металла в процессе непрерывной разливки, включающий подачу жидкого металла из разливочного ковша в вакуум-камеру, создание в ней остаточного давления, струйное вакуумирование металла в вакуум-камере и подачу металла в промежуточный ковш через патрубок и далее в кристаллизаторы, отличающийся тем, что металл подают из вакуум-камеры в промежуточный ковш с помощью дополнительного патрубка, после подъема уровня металла в промежуточном ковше выше нижних торцов патрубков и герметизации вакуум-камеры жидким металлом осуществляют циркуляционное вакуумирование находящегося в промежуточном ковше металла посредством подачи инертного газа в один из патрубков, а струйное вакуумирование металла осуществляют одновременно с циркуляционным вакуумированием при создании в вакуум-камере заданного остаточного давления, при этом осуществляют измерение температуры металла, вытекающего из одного из патрубков, и при ее снижении на 5 - 20oС от заданной величины осуществляют нагрев металла под дополнительным патрубком на 10 - 30oС.A method of processing metal in a continuous casting process, including supplying liquid metal from a casting ladle to a vacuum chamber, creating residual pressure therein, jet evacuating the metal in a vacuum chamber and supplying metal to an intermediate ladle through a nozzle and then to molds, characterized in that metal is fed from the vacuum chamber to the intermediate ladle using an additional nozzle, after raising the metal level in the intermediate ladle above the lower ends of the nozzles and sealing the vacuum chamber with liquid metal, circulating evacuation of the metal in the intermediate ladle by supplying an inert gas to one of the nozzles, and jet metal evacuation is carried out simultaneously with circulating evacuation when a predetermined residual pressure is created in the vacuum chamber, and the temperature of the metal flowing from one of the nozzles is measured, and when it is reduced by 5 - 20 o C from a given value, the metal is heated under an additional pipe by 10 - 30 o C.
