Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to methods for the treatment of thrombosis of vascular lesions, restoration of blood circulation in them.
A known method for the treatment of thrombotic occlusion lesions of the vessels, which consists in the fact that orally or parenterally administered, for example, solcoseryl, Shestakovsky balm, dioxidine, sea buckthorn oil, trental, vazolastine.
The main disadvantages of the known methods is the low efficiency, slow and low effectiveness of the positive effect on the condition of the affected vessels and blood circulation in them, the high consumption of drugs for the course of treatment.
The purpose of the invention is the activation of processes of tissue regeneration and restoration of blood circulation in the affected vessels, increasing the effectiveness of treatment, reducing the cost of drugs for the course of treatment.
This goal is achieved by the fact that with thrombotic occlusion of vascular lesions, patients are injected with a 0.2 - 0.5% solution of sodium salt of DNA in a 0.1 - 0.9% solution of sodium chloride internally in the form of drops or (with hemorrhoids) rectally in the form of microclysters simultaneously with processing in the form of applications of external manifestations of vascular lesions, such as ulcers, gangrene.
The method is as follows. 2 drops of the aforementioned sodium salt solution of DNA are injected into each nostril daily for 20-30 days, from two to 10 times a day (or in case of hemorrhoids, rectally, 10-15 ml of this solution 2-4 times a day for 5 - 7 days). At the same time, in the presence of external manifestations of the disease, the affected areas of the body are applied with the proposed solution of sodium salt of DNA once a day for 5 to 10 days.
П р и м е р 1. PRI me
The total number of patients with thrombotic occlusion of the vessels who received treatment by the proposed method is 1044 people. Of these, 567 people with thrombosis occlusion of the arteries (group 1), 477 people with thrombosis occlusion of the veins (group 2). The second group includes 240 patients with severe hemorrhoids.
The table shows the results of the proposed method of treatment. The term improvement refers to the disappearance or marked decrease in the signs of the disease, the removal of the patient to remission, confirmed by both subjective examination results and laboratory diagnostic methods, including tachoscillography.
The control groups of patients were treated with traditional methods using thrombolytics, vasodilators and anti-inflammatory agents.
As can be seen from the table, 72.3% of patients of
