Claims (1)

Способ одномоментной реконструкции молочной железы при раке с использованием эндопротеза, установленного препекторально, включающий установку силиконового эндопротеза с текстурированным покрытием в подготовленный препекторальный “карман” и его укрытии сетчатым имплантатом, отличающийся тем, что к верхнему краю большой грудной мышцы 3-4 узловыми швами атравматичной нитью фиксируют сетчатый имплантат, и устанавливают силиконовый эндопротез с текстурированным покрытием соответствующего размера и формы, далее сверху силиконовый эндопротез укрывают свободным краем сетчатого имплантата и подворачивают его под низ силиконового эндопротеза без дополнительной фиксации по краям и снизу, после чего осуществляют ушивание подкожно-жировой клетчатки отдельными швами и кожи интрадермальным швом.
