Claims (16)

1. 2. Система (2) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит систему (2a) предварительной сушки, соединенную со входом системы (2), содержащую сушильный модуль (10) для сушки пластин (4) перед пропиткой, причем система для огнестойкой пропитки пластин содержит вторую взвешивающую систему (12).
3. Система (2) по любому из пп.1, 2, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит один или более компьютеров (26), получающих входные данные по меньшей мере от первой взвешивающей системы (6), от первого датчика (8) влажности, от второй взвешивающей системы (12), от распыляющего устройства (14), от третьей взвешивающей системы (24), от сушильного модуля (20) и от четвертой взвешивающей системы (24).
4. Система (2) по любому из пп.1-3, отличающаяся тем, что компьютеры (26) выполнены с возможностью документирования по меньшей мере процессов (6,8,12,14,20,22,24), выполняемых системой (2).
5. Система (2) по любому из пп.1-4, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит конвейерную систему (38) для транспортировки пластин (4) через систему (2).
6. Система (2) по любому из пп.1-5, отличающаяся тем, что конвейерная система (38) содержит по меньшей мере первую (6), вторую (12) и третью (24) системы взвешивания.
7. Система (2) по любому из пп.1-6, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит одну или более видеокамер (40) для видеоосмотра пластин (4) до и после процессов.
8. Система (2) по любому из пп.1-6, отличающаяся тем, что она получает смесь воды и химического состава (16) из источника воды, такого как резервуар (44), и из резервуара (46) для химического состава (16), причем резервуар (44) содержит первый насос (48), резервуар (46) для химического состава (16) содержит второй насос (50), причем первый насос (48) через первое устройство (52) измерения потока соединен со смесителем (56), и второй насос (50) через второе устройство (54) измерения потока соединен со смесителем (56), из которого жидкость течет через аэрометр (58), а затем по линиям (60) и (62) к соплам (18).
9. Способ работы системы для огнестойкой пропитки пластин (4) по пп.1-8, отличающийся тем, что:
a. измеряют вес пластин (4),
b. измеряют влажность пластин (4),
с. повторяют стадию (а) для уменьшения веса и влажности пластин до такого уровня, когда может быть выполнена пропитка,
d. распыляют химический состав с одной или обеих сторон пластин (4),
е. удаляют капельки жидкости с поверхностей пластин (4),
f. выполняют сушку пластин,
g. измеряют вес пластин (4).
