Claims (25)
1. Композиция для получения полиуретановой пены, где композиция содержит, по меньшей мере:
(a) полифункциональный изоцианат;
(b) изоцианат-активную композицию; и
(c) соединение формулы:
где
R1 выбирают из атома водорода, гидроксильной, или незамещенной или замещенной С1-С35-алкильной, C2-C35-алкенильной, арильной, алкиларильной или C1-C35-алкокси-группы,
R2 выбирают из связи или незамещенной или замещенной арильной, C2-C35-алкенильной, алкиларильной, C1-C35-алкокси- или C1-C35-алкильной группы,
A представляет собой ион с положительным зарядом,
где соединение (c) присутствует в композиции в массовых процентах в количестве в интервале от приблизительно 0,001 до приблизительно 10, предпочтительно от приблизительно 0,01 до приблизительно 5 и более предпочтительно от приблизительно 0,05 до приблизительно 2 из расчета на общую массу композиции.
2. Композиция по п. 1, где NCO-индекс композиции находится в интервале от приблизительно 0,6 до приблизительн 1,5, предпочтительно от приблизительно 0,8 до приблизительно 1,3.
3. Композиция по п. 1, где NCO-индекс композиции находится в интервале от приблизительно 1,05 до приблизительно 10, предпочтительно от приблизительно 1,05 до приблизительно 4.
4. Композиция по п. 1, где полифункциональный изоцианат выбирают из полимерного метилендифенилдиизоцианата, смеси изомеров метилендифенилдиизоцианата или их смеси.
5. Композиция по п. 1, где изоцианат-активная композиция представляет собой полифункциональный полиол или полифункциональный амин, предпочтительно полифункциональный полиол и более предпочтительно простой полиэфирполиол.
6. Композиция по п. 1, где R1 выбирают из атома водорода, гидроксильной, или незамещенной или замещенной C1-C17-алкильной, C2-C35-алкенильной или арильной группы.
7. Композиция по п. 1, где R2 представляет собой незамещенную или замещенную арильную, C2-C35-алкенильную или алкиларильную группу, предпочтительно незамещенную или замещенную арильную или C2-C35-алкенильную группу, и более предпочтительно незамещенную или замещенную фениленовую или нафтиленовую группу.
8. Композиция по п. 1, где A представляет собой катион щелочного металла, катион щелочноземельного металла, катион переходного металла, аммоний или водород-ион.
9. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-8, где композиция дополнительно содержит, по меньшей мере, один катализатор.
10. Композиция по п. 9, где катализатор включает аминный катализатор.
11. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-10, где композиция дополнительно содержит, по меньшей мере, один вспенивающий агент.
12. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-11, где композиция дополнительно содержит, по меньшей мере, один удлинитель цепи.
13. Способ получения пены по любому из пп. 1-12, включающий смешение, по меньшей мере, компонентов (a), (b) и (c) с получением смеси и добавление смеси к компоненту (a).
14. Способ получения пены по любому из пп. 1-12, включающий смешение, по меньшей мере, компонентов (b) и (c) с получением смеси и добавление смеси к компоненту (a).
15. Способ применения композиции по любому из пп. 1-12 для получения деталей внутренней отделки транспортных средств.
