Claims (18)
1. Хирургическое устройство для осуществления электрохирургического вмешательства на пациенте, имеющее:
прибор (15), который имеет генератор (20) для генерации напряжения обработки, а также управляющее устройство (23) для управления генератором (20),
инструмент (14), который имеет по меньшей мере один электрод (18) и который присоединен к генератору (20),
датчик (27), который выполнен для закрепления на пациенте (11) и для регистрации перемещения пациента и который соединен с управляющим устройством (23).
2. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что управляющее устройство (23) содержит устройство (26) оценки сигналов, которое выполнено для выключения генератора (20) под управлением датчика (27).
3. Устройство по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что датчик (27) является датчиком перемещения.
4. Устройство по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что датчик (27) является датчиком ускорения.
5. Устройство по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что датчик (27) имеет крепежное устройство (32), посредством которого он является закрепляемым на конечности, прежде всего на стопе или на ноге пациента (11).
6. Устройство по п. 5, отличающееся тем, что крепежное устройство (32) является клейкой поверхностью или крепежной лентой.
7. Устройство по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что управляющее устройство (23) имеет устройство (26) оценки сигналов, которое выполнено для сравнения доставленного от датчика (27) сигнала (S) с пороговым уровнем (sa) и для генерации сигнала выключения в том случае, если пороговый уровень (sa) превышен.
8. Устройство по п. 7, отличающееся тем, что устройство (26) оценки сигналов выполнено для генерации сигнала выключения на протяжении заданного промежутка времени.
9. Устройство по п. 8, отличающееся тем, что промежуток времени является регулируемым.
10. Устройство по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что устройство (26) оценки сигналов выполнено для контроля сигнала (S) относительно по меньшей мере двух пороговых уровней (sa, sw) для генерации предупредительного сигнала при превышении первого порогового уровня (sw) и сигнала выключения при превышении второго порогового уровня (sa).
11. Устройство по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что генератор (20) соединен с предусмотренным на инструменте (14) нейтральным электродом (19).
12. Устройство по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что генератор (20) соединен с нейтральным электродом (19), который является закрепляемым на пациенте (11).
13. Устройство по п. 12, отличающееся тем, что нейтральный электрод (19) содержит датчик (27).
14. Устройство по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что управляющее устройство (23) имеет по меньшей мере один размещенный вне прибора (15) участок (33).
