Claims (15)
- 電気外科的処置を患者に施すための外科の装置であって、
処置電圧を生成するジェネレータ(20)と、前記ジェネレータ(20)を制御する制御装置(23)とを備える機構(15)と、
少なくとも1つの電極(18)を備え、前記ジェネレータ(20)と接続されている器具(14)と、
患者(11)に装着されるため、および、前記患者(11)の動きを検知するために構成され、前記制御装置(23)に接続されているセンサ(27)と、を備える、
装置。 - 前記制御装置(23)は、前記センサ(27)によって制御される方法で、前記ジェネレータのスイッチをオフするように構成された信号評価装置(26)を備えることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記センサ(27)は、変位センサであることを特徴とする、
請求項1または2に記載の装置。 - 前記センサ(27)は、加速度センサであることを特徴とする、

請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記信号評価装置(26)は、定義された持続時間の間、スイッチオフ信号を生成するように構成されることを特徴とする、

請求項8に記載の装置。 - 前記信号評価装置(26)は、前記信号(S)が第1の閾値(sw)を超過した場合に警告信号を生成し、前記信号(S)が第2の閾値(sa)を超過した場合にスイッチオフ信号を生成するために、少なくとも2つの閾値(sa、sw)に関する前記信号(S)をモニターするように構成されていることを特徴とする、
