Claims (23)
1. Катализатор, содержащий подложку, по меньшей мере, один благородный металл М, олово, фосфор и иттербий, при этом, элементное содержание фосфора больше или равно 0,2% вес. и меньше 0,4% вес., содержание иттербия меньше или равно 1% вес. относительно массы катализатора.
2. Катализатор по п. 1, в котором содержание благородного металла М составляет от 0,02 до 2% вес. относительно массы катализатора.
3. Катализатор по одному из пп. 1 или 2, в котором благородный металл М является платиной или палладием.
4. Катализатор по одному из пп. 1-3, в котором содержание олова составляет от 0,005 до 10% вес. относительно массы катализатора.
5. Катализатор по одному из пп. 1-4, в котором содержание иттербия составляет от 0,01 до 0,5% вес. относительно массы катализатора.
6. Катализатор по одному из пп. 1-5, в котором содержание фосфора составляет от 0,25 до 0,35% вес. относительно массы катализатора.
7. Катализатор по одному из пп. 1-6, в котором атомное отношение Sn/М составляет от 0,5 до 4,0, отношение Р/М составляет от 0,2 до 30,0, отношение Yb/М составляет от 0,1 до 5,0.
8. Катализатор по одному из пп. 1-7, в котором подложка содержит оксид кремния, оксид алюминия или алюмосиликат.
9. Катализатор по одному из пп. 1-4, который также содержит галогенное соединение.
10. Катализатор по п. 9, в котором содержание галогенного соединения составляет от 0,1 до 8% вес. относительно массы катализатора.
11. Способ получения катализатора по одному из пп. 1-10, включающий следующие последовательные стадии, на которых:
а) готовят прекурсор, содержащий подложку, олово, фосфор и благородный металл,
b) сушат полученный на стадии а) прекурсор в потоке нейтрального газа или в потоке газа, содержащего кислород, при температуре менее 200°С и обжигают при температуре от 350 до 650°С,
с) пропитывают высушенный и обожженный прекурсор, полученный на стадии b), пропиточным раствором, содержащим прекурсор иттербия,
d) сушат пропитанный прекурсор, полученный на стадии с), в потоке нейтрального газа или в потоке газа, содержащего кислород, при температуре менее 200°С и обжигают при температуре от 350 до 650°С.
12. Способ по п. 11, в котором стадия а) включает следующие стадии, на которых:
а1) готовят подложку, содержащую олово, путем введения прекурсора олова во время формования подложки,
а2) пропитывают содержащую олово подложку, полученную на стадии а1), пропиточным раствором, содержащим, по меньшей мере, прекурсор благородного металла и прекурсор фосфора.
13. Способ по п. 11, в котором стадия а) включает следующие стадии, на которых:
а1’) готовят подложку, содержащую олово и фосфор, путем введения прекурсора олова и прекурсора фосфора во время формования подложки,
а2’) пропитывают содержащую олово и фосфор подложку, полученную на стадии а1’), пропиточным раствором, содержащим, по меньшей мере, прекурсор благородного металла.
14. Способ по пп. 11-13, в котором катализатор, полученный после стадии d), подвергают обработке водородом.
15. Применение катализатора по одному из пп. 1-10 в процессе реформинга.
