Claims (40)
1. Система управления потоками людей, содержащая:
по меньшей мере один локальный контроллер, ассоциированный с областью достопримечательности у отдельной достопримечательности в парке отдыха;
приемопередатчик по меньшей мере в одном локальном контроллере, причем приемопередатчик выполнен с возможностью приема данных о гостях посредством радиосигналов от ассоциированных с гостями устройств в диапазоне обнаружения по меньшей мере одного локального контроллера; и
множество элементов интерактивного оборудования, ассоциированных с отдельной достопримечательностью, содержащей активные и неактивные элементы интерактивного оборудования, причем активный элемент интерактивного оборудования из множества элементов интерактивного оборудования выполнен с возможностью:
обнаружения, с помощью датчика, физического контакта с активным элементом интерактивного оборудования;
считывания, посредством RFID-считывателя, идентификации гостевого устройства в непосредственной близости от активного интерактивного оборудования во время физического контакта; и
формирования сигнала, указывающего на взаимодействие, которое ассоциирует гостевое устройство с физическим взаимодействием; и
удаленный центральный контроллер, связанный по меньшей мере с одним локальным контроллером, причем удаленный центральный контроллер выполнен с возможностью:
приема данных о гостях по меньшей мере от одного локального контроллера и сигнала, указывающего на физический контакт, от активного элемента интерактивного оборудования,
определения одного или нескольких показателей потоков людей у отдельной достопримечательности на основе принятых данных о гостях и сигнала от активного элемента интерактивного оборудования;
выбора одного или более неактивных элементов интерактивного оборудования из множества элементов интерактивного оборудования на основе показателей потоков людей; и
активации выбранного неактивного элемента интерактивного оборудования из множества элементов интерактивного оборудования.
2. Система управления потоками людей по п. 1, в которой по меньшей мере один локальный контроллер располагается в области, ближайшей к отдельной достопримечательности, причем отдельная достопримечательность является аттракционом.
3. Система управления потоками людей по п. 1, в которой удаленный центральный контроллер выполнен с возможностью динамического включения выбранных неактивных элементов интерактивного оборудования в ответ на принятые данные о гостях.
4. Система управления потоками людей по п. 1, в которой удаленный центральный контроллер выполнен с возможностью использования одного или нескольких показателей потоков людей, чтобы определять, что скопление гостей в области достопримечательности превышает пороговую величину.
5. Система управления потоками людей по п. 1, в которой удаленный центральный контроллер выполнен с возможностью затемнения активного элемента интерактивного оборудования после того, как физическое взаимодействие с активным интерактивным элементом оборудования превышает пороговое значение.
6. Система управления потоками людей по п. 1, в которой удаленный центральный контроллер выполнен с возможностью оценивания местоположения отдельного гостевого устройства в парке отдыха на основе одного или нескольких радиочастотных сигналов от отдельного гостевого устройства.
7. Система управления потоками людей по п. 1, в которой удаленный центральный контроллер выполнен с возможностью управления интенсивностью освещения отдельного элемента интерактивного оборудования.
8. Система управления потоками людей по п. 1, в которой удаленный центральный контроллер выполнен с возможностью выбора дополнительных неактивных элементов интерактивного оборудования для активации на основе части показателей потоков людей.
9. Система управления потоками людей по п. 1, в которой удаленный центральный контроллер выполнен с возможностью деактивации конкретных активных элементов интерактивного оборудования в ответ на постановку конкретного активного элемента интерактивного оборудования в очередь на техническое обслуживание.
10. Система управления потоками людей по п. 9, в которой ассоциированные с гостем устройства содержат носимые устройства.
11. Система управления потоками людей, содержащая:
множество локальных контроллеров, ассоциированных с соответствующими достопримечательностями в парке отдыха;
первое множество элементов интерактивного оборудования, ассоциированных с первой достопримечательностью соответствующих достопримечательностей, при этом отдельный элемент интерактивного оборудования из первого множества элементов интерактивного оборудования выполнен с возможностью:
обнаружения, с помощью датчика, физического контакта с отдельным элементом интерактивного оборудования;
формирования выходного сигнала, указывающего на физический контакт;
инициирования команды действия замедления отдельного элемента интерактивного оборудования на основе продолжительности воспринимаемого физического контакта с отдельным элементом интерактивного оборудования; и
уменьшения выходной мощности отдельного элемента интерактивного оборудования в ответ на команду действия замедления; и
центральный контроллер, связанный со множеством локальных контроллеров, причем центральный контроллер выполнен с возможностью:
приема сообщений от множества локальных контроллеров и сигнала от датчика;
определения одного или нескольких показателей потоков людей у соответствующих достопримечательностей на основе принятых сообщений и сигнала от датчика, причем показатели потоков людей содержат информацию о скоплении гостей на основе обнаружения беспроводных гостевых устройств поблизости от соответствующих достопримечательностей;
формирования команды действия для отдельного гостя на основе одного или нескольких показателей потоков людей, причем команда действия содержит сообщение или уведомление, ассоциированное со вторым множеством элементов интерактивного оборудования; и
передачи команды действия ассоциированному с гостем устройству, ассоциированному с отдельным гостем.
12. Система управления потоками людей по п. 11, в которой множество локальных контроллеров совмещены с соответствующими достопримечательностями.
13. Система управления потоками людей по п. 11, в которой центральный контроллер выполнен с возможностью контроля завершения действия выполняемого на элементе интерактивного оборудования из второго множества элементов интерактивного оборудования, указанных командой действия.
14. Система управления потоками людей по п. 13, в которой центральный контроллер выполнен с возможностью формирования уведомления для ассоциированного с гостем устройства о том, что отдельный гость может вернуться к первой достопримечательности, когда команда действия завершена.
15. Система управления потоками людей по п. 11, в которой центральный контроллер выполнен с возможностью управления активацией второго множества элементов интерактивного оборудования на основе одного или нескольких показателей потоков людей.
16. Система управления потоками людей по п. 15, в которой команда действия содержит указание местоположения или идентификацию второго множества элементов интерактивного оборудования.
17. Система управления потоками людей по п. 11, в которой завершение команды действия вызывает активацию новой функции отдельной достопримечательности.
18. Система управления потоками людей по п. 11, в которой отдельный элемент интерактивного оборудования перестает светиться или издавать шум в ответ на команду действия замедления.
