Claims (20)

1. Ручной штемпель (1) со штемпельной пластиной (2), имеющей статическое клише (3) и настраиваемое печатающее устройство (4) с разными печатными наборами (5), причем статическое клише (3) штемпельной пластины (2) имеет двухмерный штемпельный код (7), отличающийся тем, что печатающее устройство (4) имеет мостик (11) с опорной поверхностью (12), предназначенной для поддерживания настроенного для оттиска (13) штампа печатного набора регулируемой печатной ленты (9) печатающего устройства (4) и ширина (В) которой в направлении (R) настройки печатной ленты (9) больше протяженности (Е) печатного набора в том же направлении (R).
2. Ручной штемпель (1) по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что двухмерный штемпельный код (7) является однозначной идентификацией пользователя.
3. Ручной штемпель (1) по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что статическое клише (3) имеет также двухмерный прикладной код (8), отличающийся от двухмерного штемпельного кода (7).
4. Ручной штемпель (1) по любому из пп. 1 - 3, отличающийся тем, что двухмерный штемпельный код (7) и/или двухмерный прикладной код (8) является двухмерным, машиночитаемым знаковым кодом, в частности матричным кодом, предпочтительно QR-кодом.
5. Ручной штемпель (1) по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что двухмерный прикладной код (8) является адресом в интернете.
6. Ручной штемпель (1) по любому из пп. 1 - 5, отличающийся тем, что ширина (В) опорной поверхности (12), по меньшей мере, в 1,5 раза больше, предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, в 2 раза больше протяженности (Е) печатного набора в том же направлении(R).
7. Ручной штемпель (1) по любому из пп. 1 - 6, отличающийся тем, что печатающее устройство (4) имеет, по меньшей мере, два, предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, четыре независимо регулируемых печатных носителя (9), в частности, с цифрами и/или буквами в качестве печатного набора (5).
8. Способ маркировки на объекте посредством ручного штемпеля (1) по любому из пп. 1 – 7 для аутентификации объекта, причем способ включает следующие этапы:
- настройку, по меньшей мере, печатного набора (5) печатающего устройства (4) для оттиска (13) штампа;
- выполнение на объекте оттиска (13) штампа статического клише (3) и, по меньшей мере, одного настроенного печатного набора (5);
- создание цифровой версии объекта, имеющего оттиск (13) штампа;
- регистрация комбинации статического клише (3) и, по меньшей мере, одного настраиваемого печатного набора (5) и соотнесение зарегистрированной комбинации с созданной цифровой версией.
9. Способ по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что при регистрации соответствующую статическому клише (3) идентификацию пользователя соотносят с цифровой версией настроенного печатного набора (5).
10. Способ по п. 8 или 9, отличающийся тем, что перед регистрацией проверяют соотнесенную со статическим клише (3) правомочность регистрации новых связей с настроенным печатным набором (5).
11. Способ по любому из пп. 8 - 10, отличающийся тем, что осуществляют
- генерирование и индикацию, по меньшей мере, одного заданного настраиваемого печатного набора (5) печатающего устройство (4),
причем, по меньшей мере, один печатный набор (5) настраивают в соответствии с индицированным заданием,
причем при регистрации регистрируют комбинацию статического клише (3) и генерированного заданного печатного набора (5).
12. Способ по п. 11, отличающийся тем, что при настройке настраивают, как печатный набор (5) печатающего устройства (4), так и положение настроенного печатного набора (5) при оттиске относительно статического клише (3), причем положение, по меньшей мере, настроенного печатного набора (5) определяют произвольно.
13. Способ по п. 12, отличающийся тем, что при регистрации регистрируют также положение при оттиске настроенного печатного набора (5) относительно статического клише (3).
