Claims (17)
1. Наночастица, содержащая:
металлосодержащую частицу, содержащую оксид железа; и
лиганд, который связан с атомом металла на поверхности металлосодержащей частицы и представлен формулой (3):
где m представляет собой целое число от 1 до 4, и штриховая линия представляет собой координационную связь с атомом металла на поверхности металлосодержащей частицы.
2. Наночастица по п. 1, в которой лиганд, связанный с атомом металла на поверхности металлосодержащей частицы, является лигандом, представленным формулой (1):
где штриховая линия представляет собой координационную связь с атомом металла на поверхности металлосодержащей частицы.
3. Наночастица по п. 1, в которой m составляет 1, 2 или 4 в формуле (3).
4. Наночастица по любому из пп. 1-3, в которой металлосодержащая частица, содержащая оксид железа, представляет собой частицу оксида железа.
5. Наночастица по любому из пп. 1-4, в которой металлосодержащая частица имеет средний диаметр частицы, составляющий 5 нм или менее.
6. Наночастица по п. 5, в которой металлосодержащая частица имеет средний диаметр частицы, составляющий 4 нм или менее.
7. Наночастица по п. 5, в которой металлосодержащая частица имеет средний диаметр частицы, составляющий 3 нм или менее.
8. Контрастное вещество для магнитно-резонансной томографии, содержащее наночастицу по любому из пп. 1-7.
9. Контрастное вещество по п. 8, причем контрастное вещество представляет собой позитивное контрастное вещество.
10. Применение (3,4-дигидроксифенил)(диметил)(3-сульфонатпропил)аммония для получения наночастицы по п. 2.
11. (3,4-Дигидроксифенил)(диметил)(3-сульфонатпропил)аммоний.
