Claims (73)
1. Система подачи мощности двигателя, содержащая:
двигатель, имеющий выходной элемент;
трансмиссию, имеющую максимальную допустимую мощность и имеющую первый вал, соединенный с выходным элементом двигателя, причем двигатель выполнен с возможностью генерирования максимального уровня мощности выше, чем максимальная допустимая мощность трансмиссии;
зубчатую передачу в трансмиссии, соединенную с первым валом и выполненную с возможностью обеспечения нескольких отношений скоростей;
второй вал, соединенный с зубчатой передачей;
мост транспортного средства, соединенный со вторым валом и выполненный с возможностью приведения, таким образом, в действие;
генератор, выполненный с возможностью периодического приведения в действие двигателем для генерирования электроэнергии; и
мотор, выполненный с возможностью получения электроэнергии от генератора и приведения в действие моста транспортного средства;
при этом трансмиссия и мотор выполнены с возможностью объединения для приведения в действие моста транспортного средства с максимальным уровнем мощности без превышения максимальной допустимой мощности трансмиссии.
2. Система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая третий вал, выполненный с возможностью приведения в действие первым валом, обходя зубчатую передачу; причем генератор выполнен с возможностью соединения с третьим валом и приведения от него в действие.
3. Система по п.2, дополнительно содержащая:
привод отбора мощности, выполненный с возможностью соединения с третьим валом; и
редуктор, соединяющий генератор с приводом отбора мощности.
4. Система по п.3, дополнительно содержащая блок отбора мощности, соединенный с приводом отбора мощности.
5. Система по п.3, в которой редуктор выполнен с возможностью выборочного отключения генератора от привода отбора мощности.
6. Система по п.2, в которой третий вал выполнен с возможностью непосредственного приведения в действие входным валом и с общей скоростью с ним.
7. Система по п.6, в которой первый вал и третий вал являются смежными друг с другом.
8. Система по п.2, в которой двигатель выполнен с возможностью подачи мощности на мост транспортного средства через трансмиссию и второй вал, и одновременно на мост транспортного средства через третий вал и мотор.
9. Система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая второй мост, соединенный с трансмиссией и приводимый в действие вместе с мостом транспортного средства; причем мотор выполнен с возможностью приведения в действие вместе обоих мостов.
10. Система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая коробку передач, соединенную между мотором и мостом; при этом коробка передач содержит:
выходную шестерню, выполненную с возможностью приведения в действие моста;
входную шестерню, приводимую в действие мотором;
первый вал, несущий первую и вторую шестерни;
второй вал, несущий третью, четвертую и пятую шестерни; и
цепь, связывающую пятую шестерню и выходную шестерню;
причем редуктор выполнен с возможностью альтернативного зацепления первой шестерни с третьей шестерней или второй шестерни с четвертой шестерней.
11. Система подачи мощности двигателя, содержащая:
двигатель, приводящий в действие первый вал;
трансмиссию, соединенную с первым валом;
зубчатую передачу в трансмиссии, выполненную с возможностью приведения в действие первым валом и выполненную с возможностью обеспечения нескольких отношений скоростей;
второй вал, соединенный с зубчатой передачей и выполненный с возможностью приведения в действие при различных коэффициентах мощности на выходе относительно первого вала;
мост транспортного средства, соединенный со вторым валом и выполненный с возможностью приведения, таким образом, в действие;
третий вал, выполненный с возможностью приведения в действие первым валом с одним коэффициентом мощности на выходе относительно первого вала;
генератор, выполненный с возможностью периодического приведения в действие для генерирования электроэнергии третьим валом; и
мотор, электрически соединенный с генератором и выполненный с возможностью получения электроэнергии от генератора для приведения в действие моста транспортного средства.
12. Система по п.11, дополнительно содержащая:
привод отбора мощности, выполненный с возможностью соединения с третьим валом; и
редуктор, соединяющий генератор с приводом отбора мощности.
13. Система по п.12, дополнительно содержащая блок отбора мощности, соединенный с приводом отбора мощности, причем блок отбора мощности выполнен с возможностью подачи мощности двигателя на вспомогательное оборудование.
14. Система по п.12, в которой редуктор выполнен с возможностью выборочного отключения генератора от привода отбора мощности.
15. Система по п.11, в которой третий вал выполнен с возможностью непосредственного приведения в действие первым валом и с общей скоростью с ним.
16. Система по п.11, дополнительно содержащая:
картер моста, в котором расположена по меньшей мере часть моста транспортного средства;
зубчатую передачу, соединенную между мотором и мостом транспортного средства; и
картер передачи, в котором размещена зубчатая передача;
причем картер передачи прикреплен к картеру моста.
17. Система по п.11, дополнительно содержащая второй мост, соединенный с трансмиссией и приводимый в действие вместе с мостом транспортного средства; причем мотор выполнен с возможностью приведения в действие вместе обоих мостов.
18. Система по п.11, в которой двигатель выполнен с возможностью подачи мощности на мост транспортного средства на первом уровне через трансмиссию и второй вал, и одновременно на втором уровне на мост через третий вал и мотор, так что мост получает от двигателя полную мощность, равную сумме первого и второго уровней.
19. Система по п.11, дополнительно содержащая:
коробку передач, содержащую зубчатую передачу и соединенную между мотором и мостом транспортного средства; и
приводной вал, соединенный между коробкой передач и мостом транспортного средства и выполненный с возможностью приведения в действие моста транспортного средства;
при этом коробка передач содержит:
выходную шестерню, расположенную на приводном валу;
входную шестерню, закрепленную на моторе и приводимую таким образом в действие;
первый вал, несущий первую и вторую шестерни;
второй вал, находящийся на расстоянии от первого вала и несущий третью, четвертую шестерни и пятую шестерни;
цепь, связывающую пятую шестерню и выходную шестерню; и
исполнительный механизм, выполненный с возможностью альтернативного осуществления зацепления первой шестерни с третьей шестерней или второй шестерни с четвертой шестерней для обеспечения двух отношений скоростей через коробку передач.
20. Система подачи мощности для рабочего транспортного средства, содержащая:
двигатель внутреннего сгорания;
первый приводной вал, выполненный с возможностью приведения в действие двигателем;
блок трансмиссии, имеющий картер трансмиссии и входной вал, соединенный с первым приводным валом, причем входной вал проходит в картер;
зубчатую передачу, выполненную с возможностью обеспечения нескольких отношений скоростей и расположенную в картере трансмиссии, причем зубчатая передача соединена с входным валом внутри картера трансмиссии;
передний мост, выполненный с возможностью приведения в действие двигателем через трансмиссию;
второй приводной вал, соединяющий передний мост с трансмиссией;
задний мост, выполненный с возможностью приведения в действие двигателем через трансмиссию;
третий приводной вал, соединяющий задний мост с трансмиссией;
редуктор;
