Claims (42)
1. Композитное изделие (300, 300b, 300с), содержащее:
множество жгутов (302) волокон и
сетку (304), содержащую слои (306а, 306b), соединенные столбиками (308), причем:
каждый из множества столбиков (308) получен вытяжкой из одного из указанных слоев (306а) и проходит через отличающееся пространство (310) между жгутами (302) волокон с соединением указанного одного из слоев (306а) с другим слоем (306b), а
сетка (304) образует физический барьер, уменьшающий распространение трещин в композитном изделии (300).
2. Композитное изделие (300, 300b, 300с) по п. 1, также содержащее множество пластов (312), причем:
каждый из указанного множества пластов (312) включает в себя множество жгутов (302) волокон и множество отличающихся пространств (310),
по меньшей мере один из пластов (312) находится между двумя из указанных слоев (306а, 306b), соединенных столбиками (308), и
указанное множество столбиков (308), полученных вытяжкой из указанного одного из слоев (306а), проходят через отличающиеся пространства (310) в указанном по меньшей мере одном из пластов (312) между указанными двумя из указанных слоев (306а, 306b).
3. Композитное изделие (300b) по п. 1 или 2, в котором жгуты (340а, 340b, 340с, 340d) волокон расположены в множестве пластов (336а, 336b, 336c, 336d) или слоев (338а, 338b, 338с, 338d),
при этом указанные пространства (310) проходят через множество слоев (338а, 338b, 338с, 338d) или пластов (336а, 336b,336c, 336d), и
указанные пространства (342) ограничены жгутами (340а, 340b, 340с, 340d) волокон в различных слоях (338а, 338b, 338с, 338d) или пластах (336а, 336b, 336с, 336d).
4. Композитное изделие (300, 300b, 300с) по п. 1 или 2, в котором слои (306а, 306b), столбики (308) или слои (306а, 306b) и столбики (308) содержат материал (314), используемый для аддитивного производства.
5. Композитное изделие (300, 300b, 300с) по п. 2, в котором:
каждый из жгутов (302) волокон имеет диаметр по меньшей мере 2 мм и включает в себя по меньшей мере 1000 волокон,
каждый из пластов (312) имеет толщину (Т3) в диапазоне 2-10 мм,
столбики (308) имеют средний диаметр (Dсредний), а каждый из слоев (306а, 306b) имеет толщину (Т2) в диапазоне 2-5 мм,
каждый из столбиков (308) имеет длину (L) в диапазоне 1-3 мм, и
композитное изделие (300) имеет общую толщину (Т) в диапазоне 1 мм - 50 мм.
6. Композитное изделие (300, 300b, 300с) по п. 2, в котором пласты (312) содержат жгуты (302) волокон, размещенные с образованием плетеной ткани, тканого текстильного материала, мультиаксильной ткани или однонаправленной ленты.
7. Композитное изделие (300, 300b, 300с) по п. 2, также содержащее смолу, заполняющую промежутки между пластами (312) и связанную со столбиками (308), слоями (306а, 306b) или слоями (306а, 306b) и столбиками (308).
8. Композитное изделие (300, 300b, 300с) по п. 7, в котором слои, столбики (308) или столбики (308) и слои (306а, 306b) имеют нерегулярную поверхность, способствующую механическому зацеплению со смолой.
9. Композитное изделие (300, 300b, 300с) по п. 1 или 2, в котором:
столбики (308) выполнены утолщенными у основания (318), из которого столбики получены вытяжкой из указанного одного из слоев (306а), и
столбики (308) выполнены наклоненными от указанного одного из слоев (306а) к указанному другому слою (306b).
10. Соединение (1002), содержащее композитное изделие (300) по п. 1 или 2.
11. Способ изготовления композитного изделия (300, 300b, 300с), включающий:
(a) нанесение материала (314) из выпускного отверстия (450) на основный слой (408) с перемещением выпускного отверстия (450) и основного слоя (408) относительно друг друга сначала в плоскости х-у (412), а затем в направлении z (414) с образованием фиксатора (316) на основном слое (408);
(b) перемещение выпускного отверстия (450) и основного слоя (408) относительно друг друга без подачи материала (314) из выпускного отверстия (450), так что происходит вытяжка части фиксатора (316) с созданием столбика (308);
(c) перемещение выпускного отверстия (450) и основного слоя (408) относительно друг друга, так что выпускное отверстие (450) расположено над следующим местоположением (702) на основном слое (408);
(d) повтор этапов (а)-(с) с созданием множества столбиков (308) на основном слое (408);
(e) обеспечение пласта (312), содержащего множество жгутов (302) волокон, так что каждый из множества столбиков (308) проходит через отличающееся пространство (310) между жгутами (302) волокон; и
(f) соединение слоя (306а) со столбиками (308), так что столбики (308) проходят между жгутами (302) волокон перед соединением со слоем (306b); и
так что получают композитное изделие (300), содержащее столбики (308), слой и пласт (312).
12. Способ по п. 11, также включающий повтор этапов (a)-(f) с использованием слоя (306а) в качестве основного слоя (408) на следующем этапе (а).
13. Способ по п. 11 или 12, согласно которому основный слой (408) содержит мат (800) материала (314), нанесенный с использованием трехмерной печати.
14. Способ по п. 11 или 12, согласно которому столбики (308) изготавливают с использованием трехмерной печати, а жгуты (302) волокон и слой (306а) изготавливают с использованием одного или более способов, отличных от трехмерной печати.
15. Способ по п. 11 или 12, согласно которому столбики (308) и слой (306а), содержащий мат, изготавливают с использованием моделирования методом послойного наплавления.
16. Способ по п. 11 или 12, согласно которому указанное обеспечение включает размещение пласта (312) после образования столбиков (308).
17. Способ по п. 11 или 12, согласно которому указанное обеспечение включает размещение пласта (312) перед образованием столбиков (308), так что происходит вытяжка указанной части каждого из фиксаторов (316) между жгутами (302) волокон с созданием столбиков (308).
18. Способ по п. 11 или 12, согласно которому связывают каждый из множества столбиков (308) по меньшей мере с одним из жгутов (302) волокон при вытяжке указанной части каждого из фиксаторов (316) между жгутами (302) волокон.
19. Способ по п. 11 или 12, также включающий выполнение этапа последующей обработки, на котором связывают каждый из множества столбиков (308) по меньшей мере с одним из жгутов (302) волокон после нанесения жгутов (302) волокон и столбиков (308).
