- 복합재료를 적층하여 보강 복합재료를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,이웃하는 프리프레그 테이프와 일정 간격을 두고 동일방향으로 배열되는 프리프레그 테이프를 적어도 2개이상 배열하는 단계와;상기 배열된 프리프레그 테이프들과 직각방향으로 그 상부에 동일한 방법으로 배열하는 단계와;상기 상하로 직각되게 배열하는 단계를 임의의 두께가 될 때까지 반복하여 적층배열하는 단계와;상기 적층배열 단계 후, 임의의 두께로 적층된 프리프레그 테이프들 사이에 형성된 다수의 수직 공간마다 스티칭 섬유를 삽입하여 보강하는 단계로 이루어지되,상기 프리프레그 테이프는 열경화성 혹은 열가소성 프리프레그 테이프 중에서 선택된 어느 하나를 사용하고,상기 열경화성 프리프레그 테이프는 탄소섬유/에폭시, 유리섬유/에폭시, 아라미드섬유/에폭시, 탄소섬유/비스말리이미드(bismaleimide) 등으로 이루어진 군중에 선택된 하나이고,상기 열가소성 프리프레그 테이프는 탄소섬유/PEEK, 탄소섬유/폴리아미드, 탄소섬유/PPS, 유리섬유/폴리아미드 등으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 하나이고,상기 스티칭 섬유는 아라미드섬유, 유리섬유, 폴리에틸렌섬유 등으로 이루어진 군중에 선택된 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그를 사용한 3축 보강 복합재료 제조 방법.
