Claims (22)
1. Способ обнаружения Trichinella в образцах экстрактов тканей, при этом в образцах экстрактов тканей 90% частиц имеет диаметр 300 мкм или менее (D90≤300 мкм).
2. Способ по п. 1, при этом образцы экстрактов тканей представляют собой образцы тканей млекопитающего, предпочтительно образцы тканей свиньи.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, при этом в образцах экстрактов тканей 90% частиц имеют диаметр 250 мкм или менее (D90≤250 мкм), предпочтительно 200 мкм или менее (D90≤200 мкм).
4. Способ по пп. 1-3, при этом образцы экстрактов тканей происходят из мышечных тканей.
5. Способ по пп. 1-4, при этом при получении образцов экстрактов тканей
(a) температура не превышает 45°C, предпочтительно 40°C; и/или
(b) не происходит никакого ферментативного и/или химического расщепления тканей.
6. Способ по пп. 1-5, при этом способ
(a) не включает стадий микроскопии;
(b) применяется в рамках санитарного осмотра мяса; и/или
(c) имеет предел обнаружения≤7 нг антигена на мл экстракта тканей.
7. Способ по пп. 1-6, при этом способ проводят с помощью иммунного анализа, предпочтительно с помощью анализа ELISA, анализа в боковом потоке, лайн-блоттинга, вестерн-блоттинга, анализа гранул, анализа на вертикальном фильтре или 3D-иммунофильтрационного анализа.
8. Способ по пп. 1-7, при этом Trichinella представляет собой Trichinella spiralis.
9. Применение системы обнаружения для обнаружения Trichinella, предпочтительно в санитарном осмотре мяса, при этом система обнаружения включает
(a) носитель обнаружения, первое антитело к одному и/или нескольким антигенам Trichinella, и
(b)(i) второе антитело к одному и/или нескольким антигенам Trichinella, при этом второе антитело связано с сигнальной молекулой, или
(b)(ii) включает один или несколько антигенов Trichinella, которые связаны с сигнальной молекулой, при этом антигены из (b)(ii) образованы таким образом, что они вызывают связывание антигенов (а) с первыми антителами путем конкурентного вытеснения.
10. Комплект, включающий
(a) носитель обнаружения, который содержит первое антитело к одному и/или нескольким антигенам Trichinella, и
(b)(i) второе антитело к одному и/или нескольким антигенам Trichinella, при этом второе антитело связано с сигнальной молекулой, или
(b)(ii) один или несколько антигенов Trichinella, которые связаны с сигнальными молекулами, при этом антигены из (b)(ii) образованы таким образом, что они вызывают связывание антигенов (а) с первыми антителами путем конкурентного вытеснения.
11. Комплект по п. 10, при этом данный комплект включает описание способа по пп. 1-8.
