Claims (13)
1. Способ повышения адгезии изображения по меньшей мере к одной поверхности субстрата, при этом изображение получают с использованием электрофотографического принтера с использованием технологии жидкого тонера и изображение основано на жидком тонере, а способ включает обработку по меньшей мере части субстрата перед нанесением печати с использованием композиции, включающей водорастворимый или вододиспергируемый связующий агент и водорастворимую или вододиспергируемую связующую добавку, при этом связующая добавка включает полимер с одним или более повторяющихся звеньев, где одно или более повторяющихся звеньев содержит локализованный сильный отрицательно заряженный диполь и слабый положительно заряженный диполь.
2. Способ по п. 1, где связующая добавка включает полимер, содержащий по меньшей мере одно повторяющееся звено, включающее третичную амидную группу, где (i) по меньшей мере один атом углерода, связанный с атомом азота третичной амидной группы, содержит два или три связанных с ним атома водорода, и (ii) атом азота третичной амидной группы связан с карбонильной группой, присоединенной к группе -СН, -СН2, или -СН3.
3. Способ по п. 1, где связующая добавка включает полимер, полученный из одного или более мономеров, которые выбирают из группы, включающей винилпирролидон, оксазолин содержащий мономер, N-винилпиперидинон, винилкапролактам, N,N-диметилакриламид и их комбинации, и (ii) необязательно один или более неионных мономеров или необязательно (iii) один или более мономеров, не образующих водородные связи.
4. Способ по п. 3, где оксазолин содержащий мономер выбирают из группы, включающей 2-этил-2-оксазолин, 2-метилоксазолин и их комбинации.
5. Способ по п. 1, где полимер выбирают из группы, включающей поли(2-этил-2-оксазолин), поли(2-метилоксазолин) или поливинилпирролидон.
6. Субстрат с печатью, полученный по любому из пп. 1-5, причем субстратом является бумажный продукт и при этом бумажный продукт не содержит покрытия.
7. Субстрат с печатью по п. 6, где количество связующей добавки на каждой стороне обрабатываемого бумажного продукта находится в интервале от приблизительно 0,0075 г/м2 до приблизительно 0,375 г/м2 в расчете на сухую массу бумажного продукта.
8. Субстрат с печатью по п. 6, где количество связующей добавки в бумажном продукте находится в интервале от приблизительно 0,02 до приблизительно 1 мас. % в расчете на сухую массу бумажного продукта.
9. Субстрат с печатью по п. 6, где изображение характеризуется адгезией к субстрату более 90% по данным измерений при проведении испытания на отрыв ленты с использованием ленты 3М 230.
10. Печатный материал, включающий:
(а) обработанный субстрат, включающий субстрат, обработанный композицией, включающей связующий агент и связующую добавку, при этом формируется обработанный субстрат, и
(б) изображение по меньшей мере на части одной поверхности обработанного субстрата, при этом изображение напечатано на обработанном субстрате с использованием жидкостного электрофотографического принтера и жидкого тонера,
где связующая добавка включает полимер с одним или более повторяющихся звеньев, при этом одно или более повторяющихся звеньев содержит локализованный сильный отрицательно заряженный диполь и слабый положительно заряженный диполь.
