Claims (51)

1. Контейнер для выдачи жидкости, содержащий:
корпус, содержащий резервуар, выполненный с возможностью удержания жидкости;
крышку, прикрепленную к корпусу;
клапанный узел, содержащий канал перемещаемый относительно крышки между закрытым положением, первым открытым положением и вторым открытым положением, причем:
когда канал находится в закрытом положении, клапанный узел препятствует протеканию текучей среды через канал;
когда канал находится в первом открытом положении, первый проход для текучей среды проходит от резервуара через первой отверстие канала; и
когда канал находится во втором открытом положении, второй проход для текучей среды проходит от резервуара через второе отверстие канала.
2. Контейнер для выдачи жидкости по п.1, в котором канал движется прямолинейно между закрытым положением, первым открытым положением и вторым открытым положением.
3. Контейнер для выдачи жидкости по п.1, в котором, когда клапанный узел находится в закрытом положении, текучая среда не может протекать через первый проход или второй проход;
причем, когда клапанный узел находится в первом открытом положении, текучая среда не может протекать через второй проход; и
причем, когда клапанный узел находится во втором открытом положении, текучая среда не может протекать через первый проход.
4. Контейнер для выдачи жидкости по п.1, в котором
клапанный узел дополнительно содержит носик, соединенный с каналом, носик выполнен с возможностью перемещения с каналом; и
перемещение носика относительно крышки перемещает канал относительно крышки.
5. Контейнер для выдачи жидкости по п.1, в котором расположение канала определяет, может ли текучая среда протекать через первый проход и/или второй проход.
6. Контейнер для выдачи жидкости по п.1, в котором первое отверстие в канале расположено в боковой стенке канала и второе отверстие в канале расположено на конце канала.
7. Контейнер для выдачи жидкости по п.1, дополнительно содержащий соединитель трубочки для питья, соединенный с крышкой; колпачок для трубочки для питья, по меньшей мере, частично
расположенный в соединителе трубочки для питья; и трубочку для питья, соединенную с соединителем трубочки для питья; причем:
протекание текучей среды через трубочку для питья или колпачок для трубочки для питья предотвращается, когда канал находится в первом открытом положении; и
протекание текучей среды через трубочку для питья или колпачок для трубочки для питья происходит, когда канал находится во втором открытом положении.
8. Контейнер для выдачи жидкости по п.1, дополнительно содержащий соединитель трубочки для питья, соединенный с крышкой и колпачок для трубочки для питья, по меньшей мере, частично расположенный в соединителе трубочки для питья; причем перемещение канала относительно колпачка для трубочки для питья предотвращает протекание текучей среды через канал и позволяет протекать текучей среде через первый проход или позволяет текучей среде протекать через второй проход.
9. Контейнер для выдачи жидкости по п.1, в котором
клапанный узел дополнительно содержит носик, соединенный с каналом и выполненный с возможностью перемещения в отверстии в крышке; и носик выполнен с возможностью перемещения вместе с каналом относительно крышки между закрытым положением, первым открытым положением и вторым открытым положением.
10. Контейнер для выдачи жидкости по п.9, в котором первый участок носика расположен снаружи корпуса и крышки в закрытом положении, первом открытом положении и втором открытом положении, а второй участок носика расположен в отверстии крышки в закрытом положении, первом открытом положении и втором открытом положении.
11. Контейнер для выдачи жидкости по п.9, в котором
носик выполнен с возможностью перемещения вместе с каналом между закрытым положением, первым открытым положением и вторым открытым положением в ответ на манипуляции носика пальцами или губами пользователя.
12. Контейнер для выдачи жидкости по п.1, в котором
клапанный узел дополнительно содержит носик, соединенный с каналом;
носик перемещается вместе с каналом наружу и в сторону первого расстояния от фланца, окружающего отверстие в крышке в первое открытое положение; и
носик перемещается вместе с каналом наружу и в сторону второго расстояния от фланца, окружающего отверстие в крышке во второе открытое положение.
13. Контейнер для выдачи жидкости по п.12, в котором первое расстояние короче, чем второе расстояние.
14. Контейнер для выдачи жидкости по п.12, в котором кольцеобразный фланец канала зацепляет внутренний участок крышки для предотвращения дополнительного, направленного наружу перемещения носика и канала, когда клапанный узел находится во втором открытом положении.
15. Контейнер для выдачи жидкости по п.1, в котором клапанный узел дополнительно содержит
зацепляющий участок; и принимающий участок канала выровнен с и принимает зацепляющий участок клапанного узла в первом открытом положении.
16. Контейнер для выдачи жидкости, содержащий
корпус, содержащий резервуар, выполненный с возможностью удержания жидкости;
крышку, прикрепленную к корпусу;
клапанный узел, перемещаемый между закрытым положением, первым открытым положением и вторым открытым положением;
причем, когда клапанный узел находится в закрытом положении, клапанный узел предотвращает выдачу текучей среды из резервуара корпуса;
когда клапанный узел находится в первом открытом положении, первый проход для текучей среды проходит от резервуара и обеспечивает выдачу текучей среды из резервуара корпуса с помощью перевертывания и/или сжатия контейнера без прохождения текучей среды через трубочку для питья; и
причем, когда клапанный узел находится во втором открытом положении, второй проход для текучей среды проходит от резервуара и обеспечивает выдачу текучей среды из резервуара корпуса с помощью всасывания и/или сжатия через трубочку для питья
первый проход и второй проход имеют общий выпуск, который включен в первый проход и второй проход.
17. Контейнер для выдачи жидкости по п.16, в котором:
когда клапанный узел находится в закрытом положении, текучая среда не может протекать
через первый проход или второй проход;
когда клапанный узел находится в первом открытом положении, текучая среда не может протекать через второй проход; и
когда клапанный узел находится во втором открытом положении, текучая среда не может протекать через первый проход.
18. Контейнер для выдачи жидкости по п.16, в котором клапанный узел содержит носик, выполненный с возможностью перемещения в отверстии в крышке; и носик выполнен с возможностью перемещения относительно крышки между закрытым положением, первым открытым положением и вторым открытым положением.
19. Контейнер для выдачи жидкости по п.18, в котором первый участок носика расположен снаружи корпуса и крышки.
20. Контейнер для выдачи жидкости по п.18, в котором
носик выполнен с возможностью перемещения между закрытым положением, первым открытым положением и вторым открытым положением в ответ на манипуляции носика пальцами или губами пользователя.
