Claims (10)
1. Имплантируемый эндолюминальный протез (1) для применения при лечении аневризмы с вовлечением ветвей, имеющий многослойную конфигурацию, содержащую по меньшей мере один саморасширяющийся плетеный каркас (20), проходящий вдоль оси, выполненный с возможностью расширения из радиально сжатого состояния в конфигурации доставки в радиально расширенное состояние; при этом саморасширяющийся плетеный каркас (20) образован из не более 196 проволок (21), имеющих заданный диаметр (∅21) проволоки; при этом этот саморасширяющийся плетеный каркас (20), не имеющий какого-либо непроницаемого покровного слоя, содержит множество слоев проволок (21), выполненных из биологически совместимого материала; и образует стенку эндолюминального протеза (1); при этом каждый слой образует сетку; при этом сетки образуют решетку с множеством проволок (21) указанных слоев; при этом сетки перекрываются, причем проволоки интегрированы в сетку по меньшей мере одного из смежных слоев; при этом саморасширяющийся плетеный каркас (20) содержит полость цилиндрической формы с круглым поперечным сечением и постоянным диаметром; отличающийся тем, что в радиально расширенном состоянии отношение (T1/∅21) толщины (T1) стенки имплантируемого эндолюминального протеза (1) в радиально расширенном состоянии к диаметру (∅21) проволоки (21) составляет более 3,0; и коэффициент покрытия поверхности (SCR) указанного плетеного каркаса (20) составляет по меньшей мере 30% и не более 50%.
2. Имплантируемый эндолюминальный протез (1) по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что отношение (T1/∅21) составляет по меньшей мере 3,5.
3. Имплантируемый эндолюминальный протез (1) по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что отношение (T1/∅21) составляет по меньшей мере 4,0.
4. Имплантируемый эндолюминальный протез (1) по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что SCR указанного плетеного каркаса (20) составляет более 35%.
5. Имплантируемый эндолюминальный протез (1) по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что саморасширяющийся плетеный каркас (20) содержит по меньшей мере 90 проволок и не более 130 проволок.
6. Имплантируемый эндолюминальный протез (1) по любому из пп. 1-5, отличающийся тем, что диаметр проволок (21) составляет по меньшей мере 120 мкм.
7. Имплантируемый эндолюминальный протез (1) по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что диаметр проволок (21) составляет по меньшей мере 150 мкм.
8. Имплантируемый эндолюминальный протез (1) по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что диаметр проволок (21) составляет по меньшей мере 180 мкм.
9. Имплантируемый эндолюминальный протез (1) по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что диаметр проволок (21) составляет по меньшей мере 200 мкм и не более 220 мкм.
10. Имплантируемый эндолюминальный протез по любому из пп. 1-9, отличающийся тем, что биологически совместимый материал представляет собой металлическую основу, выбранную из группы, состоящей из титана, сплавов на основе никеля и титана, таких как нитинол и нитинол-DFT®-платина, нержавеющей стали любого типа или сплавов на основе кобальта, хрома и никеля, таких как Phynox®.
