Claims (15)
1. Гемосовместимый адсорбент для отделения содержащихся в крови или плазме крови пациента связанных с белками уремических токсинов с молекулярной массой <500 г/моль от своих белков-носителей,
отличающийся тем, что
гемосовместимый адсорбент содержит полимер на основе циклического олигосахарида или его производного, который размещен на твердом компоненте-носителе по меньшей мере в одном слое.

Гемосовместимый адсорбент по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что уремические токсины выбраны из группы, состоящей из п-крезола, индоксилсульфата, фенола, производных фенола, гомоцистеина, урофурановых кислот, в частности 3-карбокси-4-метил-5-пропил-2-фуранпропионовой кислоты, гиппуровой кислоты и п-гидроксигиппуровой кислоты.
3. Гемосовместимый адсорбент по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что белок-носитель представляет собой человеческий альбумин.

Гемосовместимый адсорбент по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что полимер, основанный на циклических полисахаридах, выбран из группы, состоящей из: полициклодекстринов, поли-β-циклодекстринов, поли(карбоксиметил-β-циклодекстрина) и поли(триметиламмоний-β-циклодекстрина) или их производных и циклодекстринов, конденсированных с эпихлоргидрином.

Гемосовместимый адсорбент по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что твердый компонент-носитель выбран из группы, состоящей из: материи, предпочтительно нетканой, половолоконных или плоских мембран, или иных пористых материалов на основе простого полиэфирсульфона [PES], полисульфона [PSU], простого полиэфирэфиркетона [PEEK], полифенилсульфона [PPSU], полиоксиметилена [POM], полифенола, полиамидов, в частности нейлона, полистирола, полиакрилата, поликарбоната, или полимеров, которые содержат акрилонитрил или соль метилаллилсульфоната или их сополимеры.
6. Гемосовместимый адсорбент по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что полимер на основе циклического олигосахарида или его производного нанесен на твердый компонент-носитель технологией послойного нанесения в виде множества слоев.

Гемосовместимый адсорбент по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что твердый компонент-носитель представляет собой пористый материал на основе простого полиэфирсульфона [PES], полисульфона [PSU], простого полиэфирэфиркетона [PEEK], полифенилсульфона [PPSU], полиоксиметилена [POM], полифенола, полиамидов, в частности нейлона, полистирола, полиакрилата, поликарбоната, или полимеров, которые содержат акрилонитрил или соль метилаллилсульфоната или их сополимеры.
8. Гемосовместимый адсорбент по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что он выполнен в виде отдельного картриджа, расположенного перед диализатором системы гемодиализа, причем размещенный в нем твердый компонент-носитель покрыт полимером.
9. Гемосовместимый адсорбент по одному из пп. 1-8, отличающийся тем, что он интегрирован в насадку для крови диализатора системы гемодиализа в качестве твердого компонента-носителя, который покрыт полимером.
10. Гемосовместимый адсорбент по одному из пп. 1-8, отличающийся тем, что он интегрирован в систему пор половолоконных мембран диализатора системы гемодиализа.
11. Устройство для гемодиафильтрации с экстракорпоральной системой циркуляции для отбора очищаемой крови, а также с гемодиализатором и/или гемофильтром, который соединен с системой кровообращения пациента;
причем гемосовместимый адсорбент предусмотрен для отделения содержащихся в крови или плазме крови пациента связанных с белками уремических токсинов с молекулярной массой <500 г/моль от своих белков-носителей; и причем
гемосовместимый адсорбент, который размещен на стороне крови внутри гемодиализатора на твердом компоненте-носителе по меньшей мере в одном слое, содержит полимер на основе циклического олигосахарида или его производного.
