Claims (14)
1. Проводник с покрытием, содержащий:
(a) проводник и
(b) отслаивающееся полимерное покрытие, окружающее по меньшей мере участок указанного проводника,
причем указанное отслаивающееся полимерное покрытие содержит материал с полимерной матрицей и микрокапилляры в количественном диапазоне от 1 до 8, проходящие по существу в продольном направлении указанного отслаивающегося полимерного покрытия,
при этом указанные микрокапилляры содержат наполняющий материал с низкой вязкостью.
2. Проводник с покрытием по п. 1, в котором указанный наполняющий материал с низкой вязкостью выбран из группы, содержащей парафиновые масла, растительные масла, полиальфаолефиновые текучие среды, полибутены, сформированные составы для заполнения и наполнения кабеля и сочетания из двух или более из них.
3. Проводник с покрытием по п. 1 или 2, в котором сумма пространства, определенного указанными микрокапиллярами при рассмотрении в поперечном разрезе отслаивающегося полимерного покрытия, выполненном перпендикулярно продольному направлению указанных микрокапилляров, составляет менее чем 20 процентов площади от общей площади поперечного сечения указанного отслаивающегося полимерного покрытия.
4. Проводник с покрытием по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором указанные микрокапилляры имеют средний диаметр в диапазоне от 0,5 мкм до 2000 мкм, причем указанные микрокапилляры имеют форму поперечного сечения, выбранную из группы, содержащей круглую, прямоугольную, овальную, звездообразную, ромбовидную, треугольную, квадратную, пятиугольную, шестиугольную, восьмиугольную, криволинейную и их сочетания, при этом указанное отслаивающееся полимерное покрытие имеет толщину в диапазоне от 10 до 180 мил (от 254 мкм до 4572 мкм).
5. Проводник с покрытием по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором соотношение толщины указанного отслаивающегося полимерного покрытия и среднего диаметра указанных микрокапилляров находится в диапазоне от 2:1 до 400:1.
6. Проводник с покрытием по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором прочность при растяжении указанного отслаивающегося полимерного покрытия уменьшена менее чем на 50% по сравнению с идентичным покрытием, изготовленным из идентичного матричного материала, за исключением отсутствия микрокапилляров, причем удлинение при разрыве указанного отслаивающегося полимерного покрытия уменьшено менее чем на 30% по сравнению с идентичным покрытием, изготовленным из идентичного матричного материала, за исключением отсутствия микрокапилляров.
7. Проводник с покрытием по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором указанный материал с полимерной матрицей содержит полимер на основе этилена.
8. Проводник с покрытием по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором указанное отслаивающееся полимерное покрытие содержит наружные обозначения, соответствующие внутреннему расположению указанных микрокапилляров.
9. Проводник с покрытием по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором указанные микрокапилляры являются по существу непрерывными в продольном направлении по длине указанного отслаивающегося полимерного покрытия.
10. Проводник с покрытием по любому из пп. 1-8, в котором указанные микрокапилляры являются прерывистыми в продольном направлении по длине указанного отслаивающегося полимерного покрытия.
