Claims (33)

1. Конъюгат, включающий анти-CD26 антитело или его фрагмент, соединенные с триптолидом.
2. Конъюгат по п.1, в котором анти-CD26 антитело или его фрагмент представляют собой гуманизированное антитело или его фрагмент.
3. Конъюгат по п.2, в котором гуманизированное антитело или его фрагмент включает вариабельный участок тяжелой цепи, включающий аминокислотную последовательность, имеющую 80% или большую идентичность с аминокислотной последовательностью, выбранной из группы, включающей SEQ ID NO: 8-14, и вариабельный участок легкой цепи, включающий аминокислотную последовательность, имеющую 80% или большую идентичность с аминокислотной последовательностью, выбранной из группы, включающей SEQ ID NO: 1-7.
4. Конъюгат по п.2, в котором гуманизированное антитело или его фрагмент включает вариабельный участок тяжелой цепи, включающий аминокислотную последовательность, имеющую 80% или большую идентичность с аминокислотной последовательностью, выбранной из группы, включающей SEQ ID NO: 1-7, и вариабельный участок легкой цепи, включающий аминокислотную последовательность, имеющую 80% или большую идентичность с аминокислотной последовательностью, выбранной из группы, включающей SEQ ID NO: 8-14.

6. Конъюгат по п.2, в котором гуманизированное антитело или его фрагмент включает по меньшей мере одну тяжелую цепь, включающую аминокислотную последовательность от позиции 20 до позиции 465 аминокислотной последовательности SEQ ID NO: 17, и по меньшей мере одну легкую цепь, включающую аминокислотную последовательность от позиции 21 до позиции 234 аминокислотной последовательности SEQ ID NO: 18.
7. Конъюгат по любому из пп. 2-6, в котором гуманизированное антитело или его фрагмент связывается с одним или несколькими пептидами, выбранными из группы, включающей SEQ ID NO: 19-28.
8. Конъюгат по 2, при этом гуманизированное антитело продуцировано штаммом, обозначенным s604069.YST-pABMC148 (x411) имеющим номер депонирования PTA-7695, Американская коллекция типовых культур (ATCC).
9. Конъюгат по любому из пп. 1-8, при этом фрагмент выбирают из группы, включающей Fab, Fab', Fab'-SH, Fv, scFv и F(ab')2.
10. Фармацевтическая композиция, включающая конъюгат по любому из пп. 1-9 в качестве активного ингредиента.
11. Фармацевтическая композиция по п.10 для лечения злокачественной мезотелиомы.
12. Ингибитор роста клеток злокачественной мезотелиомы, включающий конъюгат по любому из пп. 1-9.
13. Агент для лизиса клеток злокачественной мезотелиомы, включающий конъюгат по любому из пп. 1-9.
14. Применение конъюгата по любому из пп. 1-9 при изготовлении фармацевтической комопзиции для лечения злокачественной мезотелиомы.
15. Фармацевтическая композиция, включающая анти-CD26 антитело или его фрагмент и противоопухолевое средство.
16. Фармацевтическая композиция по п.15, при этом противоопухолевое средство представляет собой одно или несколько лекарственных средств, выбранных из группы, включающей цисплатин, пеметрексед, гефитиниб и гемцитабин.
17. Фармацевтическая композиция по п. 15 или 16, при этом анти-CD26 антитело или его фрагмент представляют собой гуманизированное антитело или его фрагмент.
18. Фармацевтическая композиция по п.17, при этом гуманизированное антитело или его фрагмент включает вариабельный участок тяжелой цепи, включающий аминокислотную последовательность, имеющую 80% или большую идентичность с аминокислотной последовательностью, выбранной из группы, включающей SEQ ID NO: 8-14, и вариабельный участок легкой цепи, включающий аминокислотную последовательность, имеющую 80% или большую идентичность с аминокислотной последовательностью, выбранной из группы, включающей SEQ ID NO: 1-7.
19. Фармацевтическая композиция по п.17, при этом гуманизированное антитело или его фрагмент включает вариабельный участок тяжелой цепи, включающий аминокислотную последовательность, имеющую 80% или большую идентичность с аминокислотной последовательностью, выбранной из группы, включающей SEQ ID NO: 1-7, и вариабельный участок легкой цепи, включающий аминокислотную последовательность, имеющую 80% или большую идентичность с аминокислотной последовательностью, выбранной из группы, включающей SEQ ID NO: 8-14.
20. Фармацевтическая композиция по п.17, при этом гуманизированное антитело или его фрагмент включает по меньшей мере одну тяжелую цепь, включающую аминокислотную последовательность, имеющую 90% или большую идентичность с аминокислотной последовательностью SEQ ID NO: 17, и по меньшей мере одну легкую цепь, включающую аминокислотную последовательность, имеющую 90% или большую идентичность с аминокислотной последовательностью SEQ ID NO: 18.
21. Фармацевтическая композиция по п.17, при этом гуманизированное антитело или его фрагмент включает по меньшей мере одну тяжелую цепь, включающую аминокислотную последовательность от позиции 20 до позиции 465 аминокислотной последовательности SEQ ID NO: 17, и по меньшей мере одну легкую цепь, включающую аминокислотную последовательность от позиции 21 до позиции 234 аминокислотной последовательности SEQ ID NO: 18.
22. Фармацевтическая композиция по п.17, при этом гуманизированное антитело или его фрагмент связывается с одним или несколькими пептидами, выбранными из группы, включающей SEQ ID NO: 19-28.

26. Ингибитор роста клеток злокачественной мезотелиомы, включающий фармацевтическую композицию по любому из пп. 15-24.
27. Агент для лизиса клеток злокачественной мезотелиомы, включающий фармацевтическую композицию по любому из пп. 15-24.
28. Применение анти-CD26 антитела и противоопухолевого средства при изготовлении фармацевтической композиции для лечения злокачественной мезотелиомы.
29. Применение по п.28, при этом противоопухолевое средство представляет собой одно или несколько лекарственных средств, выбранных из группы, включающей цисплатин, пеметрексед, гефитиниб и гемцитабин.
30. Способ скрининга на соединение-кандидата, которое показывает синергетическое противоопухолевое действие при одновременном использовании с анти-CD26 антителом, включающий следующие стадии:
(а) культивирование опухолевой клеточной линии, коэкспрессирующей CD26 и CD9, и клеточной линии, экспрессирующей CD26, но не экспрессирующей CD9, в присутствии испытываемого соединения;
(b) измерение соответственного числа клеток каждой из опухолевых клеточных линий после культивирования; и
(с) сравнение ингибирующего рост действия испытываемого соединения на опухолевую клеточную линию, коэкспрессирующую CD26 и CD9, и ингибирующего рост действия испытываемого соединения на клеточную линию, экспрессирующую CD26, но не экспрессирующую CD9, и отбор испытываемого соединения, которое сильнее ингибирует рост опухолевой клеточной линии, экспрессирующей CD26, но не экспрессирующей CD9, как соединения-кандидата, которое показывает синергетическое противоопухолевое действие при одновременном использовании с анти-CD26 антителом.
