Claims (23)
1. Многослойная пленка, поддающаяся глубокой вытяжке и термоусадке, содержащая по меньшей мере девять слоев, которые имеют следующий состав в последовательности от наружного к внутреннему слою:
(1) 60-40 об.% полиамид (ПА), 40-60 об.% аморфный полиамид (АПА);
(2) 100 об.% усилитель адгезии;
(3) 100 об.% частично нейтрализованный сополимер, содержащий этилен и (мет-)акриловую кислоту (иономер);
(4) 100 об.% усилитель адгезии;
(5) 60-40 об.% полиамид (ПА), 40-60 об.% аморфный полиамид (АПА);
(6) 100 об.% сополимер этилена и винилового спирта (EVOH);
(7) 60-40 об.% полиамид (ПА), 40-60 об.% аморфный полиамид (АПА);
(8) 100 об.% усилитель адгезии;
(9) 70-40 об.% полиэтилен низкой плотности (ПЭНП), 30-60 об.% линейный полиэтилен низкой плотности (ЛПЭНП),
причем толщина слоя иономера (3) больше, чем сумма толщин слоев из смеси ПА/АПА (5) и (7), а толщина каждого слоя усилителя адгезии (4) и (8) составляет не менее 5% от общей толщины пленки.
2. Пленка по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что толщины слоев с (1) по (9) характеризуются следующими значениями относительно общей толщины пленки:
3. Пленка по любому из пп. 1-2, отличающаяся тем, что она двуосно ориентирована и термически зафиксирована таким образом, что ее усадка S (5 секунд, водяная ванна, 90°С) как в машинном направлении (MD), так и в поперечном направлении (TD) составляет 10%≤S≤20%.
4. Пленка по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающаяся тем, что усилителем адгезии является ЛПЭНП с привитым малеиновым ангидридом.
5. Пленка по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве аморфного полиамида используется полиамид 6I/6T (сополимер из гексаметилендиамина / изофталевой кислоты и гексаметилендиамина / терефталевой кислоты).
6. Пленка по любому из пп. 1-5, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве полиамида, применяющегося для внутренних слоев (5) и (7), используется ПА6, ПА66 или ПА6/66, а для наружного слоя (1) - ПА 6/66.
7. Способ изготовления многослойной пленки, поддающейся глубокой вытяжке и термоусадке, по любому из пп. 1-6, посредством выдувной соэкструзии с двуосной ориентацией и термофиксацией в трех пузырях, отличающийся тем, что он содержит следующие этапы:
а) соэкструзия пленки со структурой и составом по п. 1 с помощью первого пузыря до получения рукава;
б) охлаждение рукава до температуры ниже 30°С водой с температурой 10-20°С и его складывание;
в) нагревание сложенного рукава в водяной ванне с температурой 85-98°С;
г) раздувание и растягивание нагретого рукава до второго пузыря со степенью раздува от 2,1 до 2,7 и степенью продольного растягивания от 2,1 до 2,6;
д) раздувание рукава до третьего пузыря с термофиксацией при нагревании пленки до поверхностной температуры 70-85°С и релаксации пленки в поперечном направлении на 15-30% и в продольном направлении на 10-20%.
