A method of rehabilitation for injuries of the upper limb, including interstitial electrostimulation of segments of the spine, by bringing the electrode to the vertebrae and exposure to them with electrostimulation sessions, characterized in that in the early postoperative period, the needle electrode is installed on the spinous process or arch of the cervical or thoracic vertebrae, and indifferent the electrode is fixed dermally on the palmar surface of the hand or on the trigger point of another segment of the upper limb, at the end of the early postoperative period. During the irrational period, the needle electrode for exposure is installed on the trigger points in the paraarticular region, along the sclerotome of a particular cervical vertebra, and directly on the area of the consolidated fracture or implanted metal structure, the current is supplied to the electrodes, while the duration of stimulation of the vertebral segment is no more than 20 minutes , and the trigger point is not more than 5 minutes, at the end of the immobilization period, they begin to perform post-isometric exercises that are performed standing or sitting, and they begin sequential exercises in the wrist joint, pronate the left and right forearms at least four times on both sides, while mobilizing the shoulder joint by applying pressure to the elbow joint, which is directed from the bottom up, post-isometric exercises are performed alternately on both upper limbs, starting with healthy or less painful limbs, complete the lesson with breathing exercises.
