Способ коррекции фигуры человека ручным массажем, включающий определение проблемных участков фигуры, нанесение смазывающего вещества, разогрев выбранного участка тела и интенсивное воздействие на него первыми и вторыми фалангами согнутых всех пальцев рук, отличающийся тем, что перед разогревом производят обезболивание обрабатываемого участка, а интенсивное силовое воздействие вторыми фалангами пальцев рук осуществляют с преобладанием ввинчивающих движений с упором на мизинец, а при особо твердых уплотнениях - с упором на указательный и средний пальцы.1.
