Claims (11)
1. Моющие и чистящие средства, содержащие комбинацию α-амилазы и протеазы, причем α-амилаза отличается тем, что она по отношению к последовательности соответственно SEQ ID NO. 1 относительно ее общей длины идентична по меньшей мере на 89% и более предпочтительно по меньшей мере на 90, 90,5, 91, 91,5, 92, 92,5, 93, 93,5, 94, 94,5, 95, 95,5, 96, 96,5, 97, 97,5, 98, 98,5, 99, 99,5% и до 100%, а в перечне последовательности соответственно SEQ ID NO. 1 в одном или нескольких из положений 180, 181, 182, 183 и 184 имеет делеции.
2. Моющие или чистящие средства по п. 1, причем амилаза имеет делеции по меньшей мере в двух положениях, выбранных из положений 180+181, 181+182, 182+183 и 183+184 в перечне последовательности соответственно SEQ ID NO. 1, и наиболее предпочтительно в положениях 183+184 в перечне последовательности соответственно SEQ ID NO. 1.
3. Моющее или чистящее средство по пп. 1 и 2, причем амилаза имеет делеции H183*+G184* в перечне последовательности соответственно SEQ ID NO. 1.
4. Моющее или чистящее средство по пп. 1-3, причем амилаза в перечне последовательности соответственно SEQ ID NO. 1 имеет также аминокислотные замены в одном или нескольких из положений 405, 421, 422 и 428.
5. Моющие или чистящие средства по пп. 1-4, причем амилаза в перечне последовательности соответственно SEQ ID NO. 1 имеет замены I405L, A421H, A422P и A428T.
6. Моющие или чистящие средства по пп. 1-5, причем протеаза содержит аминокислотную последовательность, которая по отношению к последовательности соответственно SEQ ID NO. 2 и/или SEQ ID NO. 3 относительно ее общей длины идентична по меньшей мере на 80% и более предпочтительно по меньшей мере на 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 90,5, 91, 91,5, 92, 92,5, 93, 93,5, 94, 94,5, 95, 95,5, 96, 96,5, 97, 97,5, 98, 98,5 и 99%.
7. Моющие или чистящие средства по п. 6, отличающиеся тем, что протеаза содержит аминокислотную последовательность, которая относительно аминокислотной последовательности, указанной в SEQ ID NO. 2, в отношении ее общей длины идентична по меньшей мере на 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 90,5, 91, 91,5, 92, 92,5, 93, 93,5, 94, 94,5, 95, 95,5, 96, 96,5, 97, 97,5, 98, 98,5 и 99%, а в положении 99 в перечне последовательности соответственно SEQ ID NO. 2 содержит остаток глутаминовой кислоты (E).
8. Моющие или чистящие средства по пп. 1-7, причем протеаза представляет собой протеазу согласно SEQ ID NO. 4.
9. Моющие или чистящие средства по пп. 1-8, отличающиеся тем, что протеаза содержится в количестве 0,001-0,1 мас.% и предпочтительно от 0,01 до 0,06 мас.%, а амилаза содержится в количестве от 0,001-0,15 мас.% и предпочтительно от 0,005 до 0,012 мас.% в расчете на общую массу моющего или чистящего средства.
10. Применение моющего или чистящего средства по любому из пп. 1-9 для стирки текстильных изделий или очистки твердых поверхностей.
11. Способ очистки текстильных изделий или твердых поверхностей, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере на одной технологической стадии применяют моющее или чистящее средство по любому из пп. 1-9.
