Claims (1)
- Термоэмиссионно-защитное покрытие, состоящее из двух или более слоев, разделенных металлическими слоями, отличающееся тем, что верхняя поверхность выполнена в виде модифицированного слоя, образованного путем ионной имплантации или диффузным осаждением из газовой фазы щелочных и щелочноземельных металлов, обеспечивающих работу выхода электронов ниже работы выхода электронов остальной поверхности.
