Claims (10)
1. Способ повышения содержания омега-3-кислот в говядине, включающий скармливание мясному скоту суточного кормового рациона, содержащего траву и цельные водоросли.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что указанный мясной скот включает мясной крупный рогатый скот.
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что трава составляет более 70% по массе суточного кормового рациона.
4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что водоросли представляют собой Schizochytrium.
5. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий скармливание мясному скоту примерно от 0,045 кг (0,1 фунта) до 1,36 кг (3,0 фунтов) водорослей в день.
6. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что траву скармливают путем выпаса или в виде сена или силоса.
7. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что кормовой рацион разработан с обеспечением величины рН в рубце от 5,6 до 7,0.
8. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что кормовой рацион содержит общее количество жира менее 9%.
9. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий скармливание мясному скоту одного или более дополнительных кормов в качестве финишного рациона перед убоем.
10. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что водоросли включают Nannochloropsis.
