Claims (17)

1. Система загрузки имплантата, содержащая воронку для загрузки расширяющегося имплантата в направляющий катетер для подачи в желудочек для терапии сердечной недостаточности, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит:
воронку, имеющую расширяющийся на конус первый конец и второй конец, причем расширяющийся на конус первый конец предназначен для приема и сжатия расширяющегося имплантата; и
втулку, разъемно присоединенную ко второму концу воронки, причем втулка предназначена для переноса расширяющегося имплантата в направляющий катетер.
2. Система загрузки имплантата по п. 1, в которой воронка содержит первый участок на первом конце и второй участок на втором конце, причем первый участок содержит сужающуюся приемную часть для приема расширяющегося имплантата, а второй участок содержит просвет с первым диаметром.
3. Система загрузки имплантата по п. 2, в которой втулка содержит просвет со вторым диаметром, причем первый диаметр больше второго диаметра.
4. Система загрузки имплантата по п. 2, в которой втулка содержит соединительный элемент, расположенный на центральном участке втулки.
5. Система загрузки имплантата по п. 4, в которой втулка содержит трубчатый участок, расположенный дистально по отношению к соединительному элементу, причем трубчатый участок предназначен для введения во второй участок воронки.
6. Система загрузки имплантата по п. 5, в которой трубчатый участок втулки имеет длину, которая примерно равна длине просвета второго участка воронки.
7. Система загрузки имплантата по п. 1, в которой расширяющийся имплантат содержит ножку; опорный каркас, содержащий несколько радиально расширяющихся растяжек, причем каждая растяжка имеет первый свободный конец и второй конец, присоединенный к ножке; и мембрану, присоединенную к опорному каркасу.
8. Система загрузки имплантата по п. 7, в которой расширяющийся на конус первый конец воронки предназначен для приема первых свободных концов нескольких радиально расширяющихся растяжек.
9. Система загрузки имплантата по п. 7, которая присоединена к расширяющемуся имплантату.
10. Система загрузки имплантата по п. 7, в которой каждый из первых свободных концов нескольких растяжек содержит фиксатор для сцепления со вторым участком внутренней стенки сердца.
11. Система загрузки имплантата по п. 10, в которой фиксаторы расположены в шахматном порядке.
12. Система загрузки имплантата по п. 10, в которой каждая растяжка содержит стопор, расположенный проксимально относительно фиксатора, причем стопор предназначен для удержания мембраны на месте на опорном каркасе, позволяя при этом уменьшить или предотвратить чрезмерное проникновение растяжек во второй участок внутренней стенки сердца.
13. Система загрузки имплантата по п. 12, в которой стопор содержит ушко.
14. Система загрузки имплантата по п. 7, в которой вторые концы нескольких растяжек расширяются на конус так, что ширина вторых концов больше, чем ширина первых свободных концов.
15. Система загрузки имплантата по п. 7, в которой опорный каркас обладает шероховатостью в среднем менее 1 мкм, при этом ножка обладает твердостью по Шору от 70 до 90A и имеет высоту от 0,5 до 4,0 мм.
