Claims (20)

1. Приспособление для термического уплотнения упаковки, содержащее:
поддерживающую пластину с выступами, имеющую выступ с поверхностью с одной или более полостями для вмещения упаковки и одну или более прокладок, прикрепленных к поверхности и огораживающих по меньшей мере участок одной или более полостей, при этом прокладка и по меньшей мере участок поверхности, на которой одна или более прокладок прикреплены, является неплоским, и
нагревательная пластина, имеющая нагреватель с поверхностью и одним или более нагревательными фланцами, выполненными с возможностью совмещения с одной или более прокладками на поддерживающем выступе, в которой один или более нагревательных фланцев являются неплоскими;
в котором при сочленении поддерживающего выступа с нагревателем и применении направленного вниз усилия и теплоты, упаковка может быть уплотнена посредством нелинейного уплотнения вдоль направленного вниз усилия.
2. Приспособление по п.1, в котором поддерживающая пластина с выступами и нагревательная пластина дополнительно включают в себя закрывающие вертикальные выступы для оптимизации расстояния между поддерживающим выступом и нагревателем при сочленении поддерживающего выступа и нагревателя.
3. Приспособление по п.1, в котором одна или более прокладок имеет ширину в интервале от около 0,05 мм до около 0,5 мм.
4. Приспособление по п.1, в котором одна или более прокладок имеет ширину в интервале от около 0,0125 мм до около 0,25 мм.
5. Приспособление по п.1, в котором один или более нагревательных фланцев имеет ширину в интервале от около 0,05 мм до около 0,5 мм.
6. Приспособление по п.5, в котором один или более нагревательных фланцев имеет ширину в интервале от около 0,125 мм до около 0,25 мм.
7. Приспособление по п.1, в котором поддерживающая пластина с выступами и нагревательная пластина с выступами содержат множество выступов и множество нагревателей, соответствующее множеству выступов.
8. Приспособление по п.7, в котором множество выступов выполнено с возможностью независимого регулирования относительно оси x, y и z.
9. Упаковка для вмещения продукта, содержащая:
первую сторону, имеющую возможную первую углубленную область и первый периметрический край, в которой по меньшей мере участок первого периметрического края является криволинейным вне плоскости;
вторую сторону, имеющую вторую углубленную область и второй периметрический край, в которой по меньшей мере участок второго периметрического края является криволинейным вне плоскости;
в которой первая сторона и вторая сторона являются термически сваренными вместе по меньшей мере вдоль участка первого периметрического края и по меньшей мере участка второго периметрического края для образования ячейки.
10. Упаковка по п.9, в которой упаковка выполнена из ПЭТ-Г, ПВХ или полистирола.
11. Упаковка по п.10, в которой материалом является ПЭТ-Г.
12. Упаковка по п.9, дополнительно содержащая потребительский товар внутри упаковки.
13. Упаковка по п.12, в которой потребительским товаром является медицинский препарат широкого потребления.
14. Упаковка по п.9, в которой первая сторона дополнительно содержит внутреннюю стенку, криволинейную вне плоскости, и в которой вторая сторона дополнительно содержит внутреннюю стенку, криволинейную вне плоскости, при этом внутренние стенки являются термически сваренными вместе для образования по меньшей мере двух ячеек.
