Claims (25)
1. Композитный порошок для применения в селективном лазерном спекании, содержащий:
матрицу из сульфонированного сложного полиэфира; и
множество серебряных наночастиц, диспергированных в матрице,
где наночастицы серебра присутствуют в композитном порошке в количестве от примерно 0,5 ppm до примерно 50000 ppm;
и при этом композитный порошок дополнительно имеет размер частиц от примерно 10 мкм до примерно 300 мкм.
2. Композитный порошок по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что сульфонированный сложный полиэфир имеет температуру стеклования (Tg) от примерно 45°С до примерно 65°С.
3. Композитный порошок по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что матрица из сульфонированного сложного полиэфира содержит разветвленный полимер.
4. Композитный порошок по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что матрица из сульфонированного сложного полиэфира содержит линейный полимер.
5. Способ получения композитного порошка, включающий:
нагревание сульфонированной сложной полиэфирной смолы в растворителе, не содержащем органических соединений;
добавление раствора ионов серебра (I) к нагретой в воде смоле с получением смеси;
добавление к смеси раствора восстанавливающего агента с получением эмульсии частиц, содержащих матрицу из сульфонированного сложного полиэфира и множество наночастиц серебра, расположенных в матрице из сульфонированного сложного полиэфира;
агрегацию эмульсии частиц с получением агрегированных частиц;
коалесценцию агрегированных частиц с получением коалесцированных частиц; и
промывание коалесцированных частиц с получением композитного порошка.
6. Способ по п. 5, отличающийся тем, что воду добавляют к эмульсии частиц до стадии агрегации.
7. Способ по п. 5, отличающийся тем, что нагревание сульфонированной сложной полиэфирной смолы проводят при температуре от примерно 65°С до примерно 90°С.
8. Способ по п. 5, отличающийся тем, что агрегацию проводят при температуре от примерно 30°С до примерно 80°С.
9. Изделие, содержащее:
композитный порошок, содержащий:
матрицу из сульфонированного сложного полиэфира; и
множество серебряных наночастиц, диспергированных в матрице;
где наночастицы серебра присутствуют в композитном порошке в количестве от примерно 0,5 ppm до примерно 50000 ppm;
и при этом композитный порошок дополнительно имеет размер частиц от примерно 10 мкм до примерно 300 мкм.
10. Изделие по п. 9, отличающееся тем, что указанное изделие выбрано из группы, состоящей из биохимического сенсора, оптического датчика, противомикробного изделия, текстильного изделия, косметического продукта, электронной детали, волокна и криогенного сверхпроводящего материала.
