Claims (29)
1. Композиция эластичного барьерного покрытия, включающая:
барьерный материал диспергированный в водной среде;
полисульфид; и
отверждающий агент, реагирующий с полисульфидом,
при нанесении которой на подложку и отверждении для формирования покрытия, барьерный материал образует дисперсионную фазу и полисульфидный эластомер формируется в виде дисперсной фазы.
2. Композиция эластичного барьерного покрытия по п. 1, в которой полисульфид включает функциональные меркапто-группы.
3. Композиция эластичного барьерного покрытия по п. 1, в которой барьерный материал включает водную полиуретановую дисперсию, водную дисперсию сополимера поливинилиденхлорида или их комбинацию.
4. Композиция эластичного барьерного покрытия по п.3, в котором барьерный материал дополнительно включает неорганический материал.
5. Композиция эластичного барьерного покрытия по п. 4, в которой неорганический материал включает пластинчатый неорганический наполнитель.
6. Композиция эластичного барьерного покрытия по п. 1, в которой полисульфид имеет температуру стеклования ниже 0°С.
7. Композиция эластичного барьерного покрытия по п. 1, в которой полисульфид представлен химической формулой (I):
где R представляет собой -(CH2-CH2-O-CH2-O-CH2-CH2)- и a + b + c + d является числом включительно до 1000.
8. Композиция эластичного барьерного покрытия по п.1, в которой отверждающий агент включает диоксид марганца.
9. Композиция эластичного барьерного покрытия по п. 1, в которой композиция покрытия образует макроскопически однородную смесь.
10. Композиция эластичного барьерного покрытия по п. 1, дополнительно включающая сшивающий агент, вступающий в реакцию с полисульфидом и/или барьерным материалом.
11. Композиция эластичного барьерного покрытия по п. 10, в которой сшивающий агент включает карбодиимид, азиридин или их комбинацию.
12. Композиция эластичного барьерного покрытия по п. 1, которая при нанесении на подложку и отверждении образует покрытие, которое имеет эластичность, по меньшей мере, 25% при температуре -40°С, по определению измерением удлинения при разрыве и проницаемость 51 куб см•мм/м2•день•атм при температуре 23°C, по определению в соответствии с методом ASTM F1927-14.
13. Подложка, по меньшей мере, частично покрытая композицией покрытия по п. 1.
14. Подложка по п. 13, причём подложка с покрытием имеет удлинение при разрыве 200% или более при температуре 20°C.
15. Подложка по п. 13, причём подложка включает эластичную подложку.
16. Эластичное барьерное покрытие, включающее:
дисперсионную фазу, включающую барьерный материал; и
дисперсную фазу, включающую полисульфидный эластомер.
17. Эластичное барьерное покрытие по п. 16, которое имеет эластичность, по меньшей мере, 25% при температуре от -40°C по определению измерением удлинения при разрыве, и проницаемость 51 куб.см•мм/м2•день•атм при температуре 23°C, по определению в соответствии с методом ASTM F1927-14.
18. Эластичное барьерное покрытие по п. 16, в котором барьерный материал включает водную полиуретановую дисперсию, водную дисперсию сополимера поливинилиденхлорида или их смесь.
19. Эластичное барьерное покрытие по п. 18, в котором барьерный материал дополнительно включает неорганический материал.
20. Эластичное барьерное покрытие по п. 16, в котором, по меньшей мере, барьерный материал сам с собой, полисульфидный эластомер сам с собой, и барьерный материал с полисульфидом сшит с помощью сшивающего агента.
21. Эластичное барьерное покрытие по п. 20, в котором сшивающий агент включает карбодиимид, азиридин или их комбинацию.
